Been here years ago and it was great. So we came back after awhile of being away. And the food was great, but the service was pretty bad. I dont know what happened, but management was pretty good back then. It was so bad, that for sure I won’t be back. The lady pretty much had thin patience and snapped the receipt out of the register and sighed so loud that me and a friend looked at each other and knew we were being an inconvenience to her. She started to tapping her pen and sighing and rolling her eyes.

There’s nothing not to love about this place. The atmosphere, the cozy illumination, the walls, everything makes you feel at home. Then there comes the food. Spicy, warm, freshly prepared delicious bowls of noodles with or without protein delivered by very friendly and helpful staff.

Came with my family to enjoy an evening together. I understand it’s Valentine’s but that is not a valid excuse to be short staffed knowing it will be busy. We waited over a hour just to get cold spring rolls, no service or refills the whole time we were there. We paid twenty dollars when we shouldn’t have paid anything cause we never got out food. So we left disappointed and not even feed. We did not receive a apology for the service or anything.

The wait time was just ridiculous. You have two woman waitressing the entire restaurant also bussing their own tables and not to mention also as cashier’s. My kids and I waited an hour and ten minutes only to served four spring rolls. Absolutely no refills and no apologies for the long wait. I understand this is obviously a management issue. How the hell do you only have two woman working all this? Especially on a busy day like Valentine’s Day. My kids and I chose to go to your restaurant in hopes of enjoying a good dinner. Unfortunately we are very disappointed and will never go back. I regret even paying for the damn spring rolls!!

The location is in a small strip mall type place. I went there with a friends and when we first got there there was only one server working. That was fine at the time because there was only one other table there. The place started to fill up and she was still the only server working the floor until the place was almost full. I ordered a Thai Tea for my drink which actually came out as one of those Boba Tea drinks, it was surprisingly very good. For apps I ordered 4 Spring rolls with charbroiled chicken and my friend ordered 2 egg rolls. For lunch we both got the large egg noodle Pho with well done brisket and rare steak. The apps took around 20-25 minutes to come out. The Pho followed it by 10 minutes. The portion size is rather generous. The broth had a great flavor too it with a noticeable cinnamon taste. It all mixed up very well. Would go here again.

I just don’t know how they got a 4 star review… the pho was so bad I only ate the meet. 100% sure they use pho broth from the can. I’m vietnamese and eat pho a lot a lot….. I guess they like to save money by using can pho broth. No one fishing

Not a bad place. The pho there is pretty good, a bit bland but way better than photastic. Pho was decently portioned as i got a small. Boba tea was shaken and really good (honeydew) and the tapioca was smaller than most but still great. A small cozy place to eat and food comes out really fast.

Convenient parking. I really enjoyed my lunch at this location. The interior design is very calm and has a fresh feel. The seating is great and the waitressesare polite. Now as for the Pho itself, the broth was okay, but not the best. The meat overpowered the taste, and as we know, most of the meat has no spices. However, the brisket spring roll was delicious. I will be returning to try other dishes.
