I recently called to place a pickup order at Saigon Star, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. I called at 8:18 PM, 40 minutes before their scheduled closing time of 9 PM, and the way they handled my order was rather disappointing.

First to start off: to those worrying about the “bad service” from the reviews, it isn’t bad service. they are very DIRECT in their service. tell them what you need and they’ll say “yes” or “no”. no bs. the “server who doesn’t smile” doesn’t need a smile to do their job well. if you require a smile form your server? go to chili’s.

I have been going here for college when I attended DU. My auntie and uncle have the best service and have always welcomed my friends and I every time we go. They will always be there after a long day of work or after a exam. They are my #1 Pho place, and the only one I know that has a spicy option around. I love their Pho!!
