I ordered take out for the first time here- I was pleasantly surprised! The wontons were crunchy and flavorful, and I loved the sauce that came with them! It was different than the usual darker orange sauce i see but a tasty change! Pho was on point too. Would definitely order from here again

This was our first time ordering from here as our normal place has closed for good. I have to absolutely say we’re extremely glad that we gave this place a shot, because OMG it was amazing!!! The broth for the pho was the best we’ve had!! Will continue to go back now, first time our kids have ate every last bit of their bowls as well! Hit the spot!!

Fast service and friendly staff. Spring rolls were a little plain in flavor and the peanut sauce was more watery than I am used to but it still tasted good and there was plenty for both rolls. I ordered a flank pho and it seemed more like rare steak, it was more lean. Still good

I’ve been trying to find really good pho in Thornton for some time now so I gave this place shot. The service and friendliness of the staff was fantastic but unfortunately for me the flavor of the pho wasn’t quite there. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. They were very busy so obviously they’re doing something right. I also ordered the pork spring rolls and felt they too were not quite up to par. I wish the food was more to my liking as the service was great.

I visited this place few days back. They have a good selection of dishes to choose from just like other Vietnamese restaurants. I would say the taste and quality of food is average. The prices are accepted. I really liked their jasmine tea. We also tried pho and it quite I would say.

The pho here is good but relative to other pho restaurants within a few miles, their portions are considerably smaller. The soup base is also not the best, needs more bold flavors and specifically the meatiness of the base is lacking. Customer service at Pho Siagon has always been great as waiters and owners are usually very friendly. They accommodate special requests with no hesitation and the food comes out quick, very hot, and tasty enough which is why I am rounding up from 3.5 to 4 stars.

Was in the area and craving pho. Came here based on reviews and I would say this is a very solid 4 out of 5. The service is quick and the food is good. The broth is a little different then what I’m used to in So Cal. Got my go to pho with brisket and tendon. I would have liked to have tried more things but I’m only one person!
