I order for my employees for lunch. When we open and try to eat bean sprouts was bad. We thought weather was too hot. But try to mix it inside bean sprouts was really gone like food trash and smell kind of bad. One of my employee was start eating already so all others try to take bean sprouts out of the plate. Though took most of out but smell so bad so end it up we have to throw away. We often order from pho sigon but never happen like this until owner change. So disappointed

After the owner changed, you can no longer feel the deep taste of the broth here. They don’t use fresh ingredients.

The pho was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. While I prefer rare beef slices that cook in the broth (their beef is precooked), the broth was just excellent. Fried spring rolls were full of meat and vegetables. My husband had a pork rice dish that was simply huge. We will definitely be back. Easy parking on the weekend but might be busier during weekdays. Definitely plan a return trip.

I’ve been here about a handful of times now. I’ve ordered a different entree every time. Yesterday I had the best fried rice I’ve had in such a long time and I was so pleased with it! The flavor and textures really did it for me. It made me feel like I was back in California, sitting in my cousins kitchen eating the fried rice she has made me many times over. I’ve loved their other dishes but something so simple really won me over this time. I can’t find fried rice like this anywhere else in memphis. I’m also a huge huge fan of the egg rolls and sauce that come with them. I order them every time I’m here.

Previously gave a five star review but they were just rude. Sat us and then ignored us. Turned people away while sitting others. Too bad they used to have a good rep and we used to enjoy the food. Won’t go back

I used to travel across town for their Pho. The broth wasn’t salty, light and tasted like it took hours to make. THIS broth is dark, salty and really tastes it was out of a box. What happened to the people that used to run this place? And why do the people here get to call it by the same name???

They have gnats flying every where. I do not want to eat Ramen while bugs are flying around. I literally had to cover my drink and food while there. We didn’t stay long. If they get rid of the flying bugs I might return.

In 60+ years of dining, veggie pho is one of the best soups I’ve ever been served in a restaurant. What makes it good is its simplicity. It is a bowl of good health. Light clear chicken broth, tasty noodles, fresh veggies. I can also recommend Saigon’s fresh spring rolls with shrimp, and the vermicelli bowl with egg roll.
