Went to Pho Palace 2 for the first time today for a team lunch; It was great! Service was nice, fast, and attentive. I’d never had the Shrimp Tum Yum (pho) dish before but the broth was packed with flavor! Egg rolls were fresh and crispy; the dipping sauce made it even better. I had the #31 on their fresh Fruit blends – not bad, but different. I will definitely be back to try a few more of their menu items.

My family and I absolutely love this place. The food is always so fresh and delicious. It’s a healthier option to (most) places. The staff is friendly! I believe it is Vietnamese culture to not bother you during your meal as much as possible. (That’s at least my knowledge from visiting Japan which I know is completely different but maybe have this in common?) So don’t expect to be checked on 100 times, I personally appreciate this. If you do need something it is easy to get their attention and they are very sweet whenever you do need anything. We have never had a bad experience and have been coming often ever since they opened a location in Mansfield. Before that we always went to their Arlington location.

They don’t have a published menu with prices online and I’m guessing it’s because of the prices. I had the noodles and sliced beef and a drink, and total was $21 (to go). I don’t mind paying this much if there is something extraordinary about the food, but this was simply okay. The meat was really thin and not much of it and the noodles tasted like panda express which I don’t even like. I wont be returning or recommending. They need to realistically reprice their menu if they want to stay in business.

I am torn. On one hand the food is great, pho made fresh with rich soup and amazing taste. On the other hand, the service is non-existent. Maybe the waitress is having a bad day, but she barely spoke to us during the order, gave us 2 water for 3 people, didn’t provide straws, didn’t check in us at all during the meal. Matter of fact she never came back to the table again. Gentlemen from the kitchen brought us food, which again is fabulous. To be fair the owner did come check on our table once. So yeah I’m torn.

Server was rude can’t get my order right I asked for fatty brisket and gave me something and presumed to argue and ruined my experience wouldn’t even get me the manager to the table

Have been going for months and at one point would come in with my boyfriend and eat once to twice a week food has went downhill meat especially seafood taste and feels frozen service was terrible even though we tip high every-time the whole staff was rude and refused to make a new bowl for my partner and I after we noticed it had pork and did not want pork added in our pho bowl. The response to our request and issue was handled very rudely and was no help we were told that we needed to buy what we got and if we wanted the correct bowl it would be an extra charge for a whole brand new order on top of the already $45 tab. We weren’t checked on and very negative body language and looks were given amongst others in the restaurant being treated differently these people are RACIST! Was not happy at all to be treated the way we did while seeing the other people of Asian descent being accommodated and checked frequently throughout their visit yet not given the same care and attention even being regulars. Do not recommend this place is on the decline find BETTER!

I would give a very fair review of our experience after eating here about 5+ times. The service from the initial staff you encounter who take the order is very concerning. There seems to be a racial discrimination and behaviour towards people of colour at this place which needs to be brought to the attention of agencies regulating Food service in Texas. It is very unacceptable considering how tasty most of their foods are but how unacceptable their service is..the lady that took our order on Sunday August 7th at 12:55pm was the last straw that broke the camel’s back. She was harsh, impatient and almost felt bothered that our amily of 5 came to eat there..she used an inappropriate tonation, essentially just took away the menu and walked off. If she was having a bad day, I can understand but considering this has happened to us several times while their service to other people( upon observation) is more courteous. Our next concern will be escalated up for a review of the discriminatory practices at this place of business . I would sincerely hope they do better

Great place to get a solid bowl of Pho. We had the grilled pork spring rolls which were very good and I had a bowl of the brisket pho, which was very good, but slightly under seasoned for my liking. All and all good experience, will definitely be going back.
