Cute space, they seem a bit understaffed though as they kept on forgetting my water. Still, they did make my mango smoothie and all the other food I ordered came out hot, fast and delicious. There’s no Sriracha on the table so just ask if you need it for the pho. A decent bowl of pho in a cute environment. I think it’s a good place.

Food had to authentic taste , service provided was by a mother /daughter team who spoke in Spanish negatively about the customer not knowing the customer could understand ! Appetizers delivered before drink , had to beg for eating utensils. Restaurant was small , dirty feeling , saw an older couple of what perhaps were the owners sitting down wished they had been my server the mother seemed bothered to have to wait on me. Not the same experience we had two years ago definitely gone down hill.

Food is ok, broth is on the sweeter side. Service was lacking, we barely got attended. Ingredients need improvement, beef were fine, ox tail was the skinniest I have ever seen. Shrimp is extremely NOT FRESH, I know because I have allergy reaction to non-fresh shellfish. Price is on the higher side, they raised the price recently and is now overpriced IMO.

Try brisket or steak with beef broth/pho -Plus standard rice noodles, fresh Thai basil, sprouts, lime, etc. (I don’t use the sauces they provide on Table. But most people do.)

I love this restaurant’s customer service and they are always busy but they’re a friendly. The food always tastes good. I used to go to this restaurant when it was owned by the previous owner, since the new management has taken over they have become a lot More busy with new customers. I love that for them however since they are busy all the time I have noticed that they short you on your meat protein option. I pay for my food just like everyone else and I also recommend this restaurant to several of my friends. I know it’s not just me that noticed this but other people that I’ve sent there as well. When I order the chicken pho noodles They literally gave me like two slices of chicken breast and not even big slices. It’s like they’re sharing one chicken for like a hundred customers. So I even started paying for extra chicken for my soup and it’s like they took the two normal slices that they give you and chop it up into tiny pieces to make it look like it’s more. Even with the sandwich when I pay for extra they do not give me extra. They tie up the bag and hand it to you so you can’t see what you get until you get home. I guess it’s my fault for not checking the bag before I leave. But if I paid for extra I should get what I paid for. The food is good, they’re very nice and friendly. I just want what I pay for.

Boiling Water
I ate at Pho Oxtail multiple times in 2021 and 2022. The Oxtail Pho were always my favorite. Today I made a special trip to this place and ordered my favorite food – Oxtail Pho. I immediately noticed the difference. The Oxtail in the soup is so thin and rubbery, almost impossible to chew! Besides in the bowl you will find mostly meat balls and intestines instead of Oxtail! In addition the soup is not from slow cooking broth, it is as tasteless as dish-wash water, and they dear to charge $20 for a bowl! Don’t go there, not the same owner any more, it’s a waste of money!
