Core Monitoring
Redone and renewed internally this Vietnamese focused menu is a great source of quality food. The butter fried chicken wings were lightly breaded and sat on top on a bed of wilted greens and caramelized onions and peppers that were unquestionably delicious. I have to point out the highlight was the vegetables and I’m not the tree hugging hippie, who trips over all things vegetarian. Several other great points in the meal so check out the pics!

We found this place on in Google maps. I ordered the special rice plate. (Com 5 Mon) The portion size is well worth the price. Everything was fresh and came out hot and ready to munch. I highly recommend and will come back for more next time we’re in town.

Authentic Vietnamese food. Not very many places have a menu like this. We had the escargot, pho, and pork chop and rice and ordered more food to go. So delicious and service was spectacular!!

I’ve been here at least three times in the last month and they never disappoint! The food is incredible, the place is clean and the service is quick. Bonus points for staying open an extra hour in the evening! I found out about this place a few weeks ago when I wasn’t feeling well and wanted pho, but it was 8pm and all the other places I usually go to were closed. I’m so happy they were because this is now my absolute favorite restaurant.

Most Vietnamese spots aren’t known for high quality service or atmosphere, but these owners know how to be pleasant and helpful. Add some delicious Viet food to the table and it’s a great day! The pho was rich, full of flavor and reminds me of home… if you’re up for it, the Oc, snails, were delicious and even the Chao, porridge, was rich! Definitely recommend this spot
