We have only eaten here a handful of times but every time we have been extremely happy with our meals. The service was outstanding on our last visit especially. Our server was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions professionally and enthusiastically. We especially recommend the honeydew boba shake! Love this place!

Friday night at 7pm…not many people eating- like 2 tables.. I asked to be seated at a specific corner table by the window. Greeter said “no you sit here” then proceeded to sit us next to another couple. My recommendation is that the greeter needs to take a class in customer service…abruptly saying no, rushing me to the table, no eye contact, no smile, menu hastily placed on table then walk away. His demeanor made my wife and I walk out. I did eat there before and can honestly say I had better PHO. I’ll stick to my go to place in West Chester.

Excellent waiter, very passionate about the food they serve and answered any questions with ease. Accomadated my girlfriends poultry only diet with mushroom broth for the pho. Tripe was delicious. Highly reccomend.

Food was not very good in the first place but the entitled attitude from the owner was ridiculous. He has a superiority complex and you can tell by his responses to other people’s comments that he’s a real piece of work.
