My husband and I had a delicious meal at Pho Nouveau last night. We were greeted warmly by our server. Our spring rolls appetizer came quickly. They were crispy and tasty. My husband had lemongrass chicken and shrimp bun. I had Bun Bo Hue, a spicy noodle soup with stewed beef. The broth was flavorful and the beef was stewed for a long time. They were tender and delicious. Much better than the Bun Bo Hue I had in New York City.

Pho was quickly served and very delicious. Loved the broth over other places I have tried. There was a good amount of meat and lots of noodles. It is a great meal. We also had the spring rolls for appetizers. They were tasty as well. This restaurant is conveniently located close to several bars with outside seating. Would definitely go back. Server was wonderful as well

Always pleased with their menu items, they consistently cone it the same each time. It’s nice to know what to expect each time you order and it doesn’t matter who’s cooking or what day you go on! Their portion sizes are more than adequate and they have fresh ingredients year round. The leftovers are just as good the next day… How is that possible? I order a second entree to go sometimes just so I can have more leftovers the next day.

Wow, what a fantastic culinary experience. I enjoyed the crispy spring rolls followed up by a delicious and generous chicken egg noodle pho. And the service is most excellent – I was warmly welcomed upon popping my head in, given superb recommendations, and served promptly. It was no frills, super delicious food, lovely atmosphere, and now I’m stuffed.

Awesome pho restaurant! Their broth is so savory and fragrent, one of the best I’ve had. I got the beef pho with fried tofu and my daughter had the beef pho with sliced beef and meatballs. Both were excellent. We also had their fried spring rolls, which were amazing. Super crispy, loaded with flavor and not greasy at all. Excellent service too. Great place if your craving some comfort food!
