By far the best customer service! This was the second time we ordered. Both times, the order was ready when I arrived. Food was packaged appropriately for transport- no spills in the car The staff greeted me at the door and insured we had everything we needed to enjoy our dinner. The food was fresh and plenty of leftovers for the next day. This pho experience is far less stressful than trying to making it homemade. Also, I appreciated the personalized note on my receipt. They know how to serve people and make them coming back for more.

Great staff, I loved my vermicelli bowl and the little egg rolls! I do wish the summer roll used a different pork, but the peanut sauce was delicious and everything came out fast! I would have loved having extra rice vinegar on the table. I can’t wait to try the pho.

been coming to this very authentic and delicious pho spot for many years. since their only server employee was the owner and the experience has always been 11/10! the food is always on the spot! very fast service and attentive to details! so happy to see this business growing and thriving over the years! not only is the pho amazing the orange chicken is also phenomenal! this is my favorite place to get authentic food and amazing service in thurston county!!

Flavor is great! I had the #7 spicy broth it was delicious. Only thing it took awhile to get our food. Also this could seem longer because we were hungry.

We stopped here for dinner because we were close by. What a good decision that was! So many different choices on the menu. Appetizers were so good and dinner was even better! And most importantly, the staff was friendly and warm. So glad we found this restaurant, it’s our new family favorite!! Thank you so much for the wonderful food and service!!

I loved this place! I’m glad it has recognition, I have been to so many photos places around the area and this state but this one stands out! It feels very “homemade” if that makes sense. The flavors were amazing, their was an option for vegan pho as well, we also ordered an appetizer and that was so good! There was a good amount of seating, the music was calming, variety of meal options, this place is one I will definitely come back for! I recommend this place! ˙˚ʚ(´◡`)ɞ˚˙

Found this place based off reviews, and happy we did! So many kinds of pho to choose from, got traditional beef with meatballs, steak and brisket. Very fresh and flavorful. Also had the summer rolls which were very good. Definitely plan to visit again soon.

Granted, it has been a while since I last ate at Pho Mania. I first noticed new wait staff but just figured the normal gentleman had the day off. Then I noticed that there were new menus. Figured the owner was stepping up their game. I ordered the same dish I always order (#10 Large (seafood)) and upon first taste knew that a new owner had taken over. The broth did not taste a flavorful as before. I ordered a spring roll and notice that they are no longer made with a full leaf of lettuce. Also the shrimp was cut razor thin to the point it was more for show than taste.

We come here often, this is the best Phö in Lacey. The Phö is great, the chicken teriyaki is pretty good, and you won’t beat the prices.
