The Dessert Forks
First time eating a great bowl of Pho noodle soup here. The broth was a complex layer of tendon with beef and fat and deeply rich and full of complimentary herbs and served hot. Comes with typical sides of Thai basil and white bean sprouts, jalapeños slices and lime. I got the P1 special (I hope I got that right). It came with the following proteins: meatballs, brisket, rare beef. Also has tendon and tripe as well.

YUM! I am not a thick egg noodle person and the wonton noodle soup actually has really thin egg noodles. The soup was savory. I wish you could choose a spice level when ordering take out or delivery. Will definitely eat here again!

This has to be the best ramen I’ve ever had. I’m still dreaming about it. I don’t know why I waited so long to go. We had the rare and meatball and the rare and brisket ramen. It was incredible. The waitresses were so sweet too. We’re totally addicted and we will definitely be back.

Decent Vietnamese food, lots of varieties and the young gentlemen that wait on us was friendly. The lack of star and rating is for the owner and management altogether. I ordered a large bowl of steak pho. Still hungry.. I asked for extra meat (with some broth to cook it as my broth is already cold by then..) Owner/cook insisted that the server charge me for another bowl of pho. Upon request, even the server was confused and the owner herself unapologetically made it seem like it the the server’s error. Decent food paired with dishonest owner is a terrible business stance.
