Excellent pho in a town full of very good pho places. Not everything is ready for the soft opening. The place focuses on pho. There is steak, rib cubes, brisket, meatball, combo. There are also 2 kinds or sizes of noodles. The broth is rich and meaty without being oily or salty. Great new place. Quality justifies the price.

The broth was so good! Also, I highly suggest the rib cubes! You get the amazing flavor of the ribs without having to work for it. Also, everyone was so nice and helpful. They really wanted to make sure I had a good experience!

Went with my wife here and I must say the food is delicious! We both very much enjoyed it, it’s much better than the other pho places I have been to. Staff was friendly and explained the items on the menu. It’s a small and cozy place but it should be more noticed by people. Spread the word about Pho Akaushi

Stopped by here on a trip and wanted to try out some pho with some high quality (wagyu) meats. I guess it was a soft opening and they have us free drinks which was a bonus! Broth was amazing and slightly fatty which I like, true beef flavor really comes through I didn’t even want/need to put hoisin sauce or sriracha to distract the true broth flavor. Nice choice between the regular (thin) noodles or the fresh (wider and more traditional) – opted for the wide. I got the combo regular sized and it was a generous portion with lots of high quality cuts that just melted in your mouth. I usually don’t do much reviews but the service was so great and I had such an excellent bowl of pho I just had to share and hope for great success for this location!
