We went to Pho Kitchen for a late lunch on Sunday, we ordered a lemongrass spicy steak pho and a vermicelli with barbecue pork. Our food came really fast, the broth for the lemon grass steak noodle is phenomenal. By barbecue pork is underseasoned, but still taste very good. The service is good, we’ll come back again.

It was our first time here. My pho tasted very good: very good broth, generous portions of noodles, and good eye-round rare steak. However, I really didn’t care for the flavor of meat balls or briskets–in fact, briskets didn’t have too much flavor.

My husband and son order here all the time! We eat in diner on so many occasions and never have to wait long for the food to come out as it is always hot and delicious! My favorite meal is the drunken noodle combo w chicken and vegetables! Pho Kitch’n never fails to deliver exceptional food/ & excellent customer service!

Had the Pho with Brisket & Steak. I’ve been searching for a new Pho place for 1 year since I moved & this place is by far THE BEST!! The broth was so flavorful that I didn’t even add any Hoison. So much meat! Only reason I took one star off was because the brisket was a little “off” in flavor and was very chewy. This is my new pho place to go, the search is over!

Just left this restaurant because of receptionist was discriminating against My boyfriend and I. We came in around 8:24pm and was told that the kitchen will be closing in 6 mins and was unable to be seated and would allow to take take out. We understood and left and thought coming another day and time because we really wanted to try the food. We were waiting in our car trying to find another place to dine in and we saw two cars, separate parties, go into the restaurant. We saw that the same receptionist take them to get seated. Keep in mind they were two different parties of people. We went back in to ask why we weren’t treated with the same service as the two parties and wasn’t offered to dine in. She was in complete shock because she got caught and try to say she didn’t deny us service when she clearly said take out only cause of the 6 minute time frame of the kitchen closing. We talked to the owner to express our concerns and he said it was a miscommunication. It was definitely not. He tried to make it right but she made us feel to uncomfortable with her attitude and eye rolling to even stay. Please re-educate and offer her some coaching development on how to service customers correctly. I didn’t want to include this but we were all minorities in this restaurant and the parties were not. Her decision making on that was very clear. It’s unfortunate because everyone should be treated equally. Our money wasn’t good enough.

I ordered from this place many times and their food was always consistent. Today I ordered broken rice special with the egg on top. My egg was hard cooked with no running yolk like it is traditionally suppose to be. My piece of pork chop had all gristle and hardly had any edible meat on it. I called in and spoke to the gentlemen about it and he said I’m sorry but we must have overlooked it and we were busy today. He said to request for soft egg next time. Didn’t even mention to bring it back and we can replace it. Just sorry and let us know how you like it next time. Well I never had to let them know before and was always cooked correctly. The reason for the 1 star is because the person didn’t mention anything about come back and we can make it right, all he said was sorry and next time. So just because they were busy, I get poor quality of food? Specially if I’m paying $18 for my meal.
