Quick late lunch /early dinner at Pho House in Ypsilanti. Good food, server was stretched thin. Beef Flank Pho with fixings, house special ( grilled pork, bite egg rolls, shrimp and Sausage ) Tom Kha Soup and Crab Rolls ( like a crab Rangoon)

Avoid the pho! Very salty with a thick mouthfeel of something weird. Not sure if it was a ton of MSG or something else, but the soup was undrinkable. Noodles were not fresh and remained clumped together in a block. Meat was actually very tasty though!

True authentic Pho. I enjoy this traditional Vietnamese dish on a regular. Especially if I’m feeling under the weather the vegetable PHO has me feeling like new. True hole in the wall space. Love to support local business. I get five stars I’ve only ever eaten the Pho! Great Take out! Only wish this was open late night it’d be a great healthy alternative!

I drive by at least three times or more. I think this restaurant is here to stay. Clientele: working folks, construction, college types, families with babies. The hum, music, noises and folks relaxed & all so comforting. Adequate texture, seasoned nice soup; a health food to be savored and I added more spice, which stays on the table. Sometimes it’s not what’s on the outside but what is on the inside.

I got the #18 I think, one of the two or three excitingish vegetarian options. My friends got pho and all seemed to enjoy it as it was a chilly rainy day ♀️I also got the coffee, iced, and it was super good! Lots of chili paste options and decent service. A really really long table available also

When I posted this review the state law allowed only for restaurants to participate in take out. Having said that i Tried this place after having a craving for pho. The pho was good but not memorable. By that I mean, the flavors were good but there was nothing extraordinary that made me think “wow”. My significant other had house special bon mi and he felt the same.

The food was good and reasonably priced, but I couldn’t give it more than 2 stars because of how laid back and sloppy the service and hygiene of the restaurant was. The tables were dirty and when we left, still had dirty dishes on them from before when we got there (see photos). A peek into the kitchen on my way out revealed stacks of unwashed dishes. We only saw the waiter twice when he came to take and deliver our order and no more, even though it was hardly busy. The place badly needs cleaning.
