I’ve had the opportunity to try both the pho spots in GC and both are pretty enjoyable. The pho was pretty comparable (Saigon’s soup base may have been a bit more flavorful) but I enjoyed the dinning experience at pho hoa one better. The steak brisket and meatball pho had great flavor.

One of our crew gives it 5 stars, two give it 4 star and one gives it a 3 so we’re settling on a solid 4. The egg rolls are DELISH. Definitely the highlight of our meal, imo. I got the steak pho and it was good but not great, not a ton of flavor. The beef and broccoli stir fry was good, the #37 was well liked by my kids. I just feel like the portions are very small for the high price tag. Overall, we liked it but didn’t love it. It was nice to try something other than Mexican while visiting our hometown.

Great food! Try my favorites: #32-35 or #42. You won’t be disappointed. And don’t forget to get a couple orders of egg rolls with the yummy fish sauce too!

Probably the best vietnamese food in all of Kansas. Not kidding, it was excellent. I got the pork chops on rice. Other plate is chicken and crispy noodles.
