Ordered a large combination pho with extra vegetables, they charged me $3 for the vegetables which is a bit pricey and after waiting over 30 minutes for take-out ( they weren’t busy) they forgot to put the veggies in my order. READ OTHER PEOPLES REVIEWS!! And the soup wasn’t packaged correctly so I ended up with bag soup and the large wasn’t a large just extra broth very little to no noodles.

Ordered two drinks, one milk tea with boba(which was mostly ice) and one tutti frutti drink with aloe vera. THEY PUT ALOE VERA IN THE MILK TEA. . I stopped ordering food here when they couldn’t get that right, but I wouldn’t suggest ordering anything here unless you try it in the store in order to properly get reimbursed for it. They even have it on thier ticket, but apparently Alfonso or whoever made the drinks can’t read.

I ordered a Thai Tea(no Boba), an avocado roll, and tofu roll. The food was absolutely delicious that I didn’t even bother to use the sauce that was given with the two rolls. I enjoyed the Thai tea just as much, it was not to overwhelmingly sweet like other restaurants, instead it was a recipe for perfection.

I order a drink with the number 1. MY boss went to pick up the order and they forgot my drink. I called the location. They said they have it and not sure what happened. They would refund the drink, they couldn’t have someone deliver it because they didn’t have enough drivers. I drive down a second time. To pick up by drink to come back to work and to find out no boba was put in my drink. So frustrating. Not only did my order get missed but my order was wrong and the time wasted was not necessary.

Hi.I ordered Chicken Pho and also beef and prawns(shrimp) and was really pleased with my selections.The Broth was so good.There were large pieces of chicken as well.Well worth the money.The beef and shrimp was very good as well.This was my first time there but can’t wait to go again.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Pho Hoa. They messed up my order and I was still charged for it after sending it back. I found out after I paid so I went back to get reimbursed. They gave me a refund for something different. They ended up giving a refund for both but without tax included. Service was slow and we waited a long time for food. The food wasn’t even good. I had to use my knife as saw to cut the pork chop. There’s other Vietnamese mom and pop shops that I rather spend my money at. I saw that there are bad reviews just like this. Honestly y’all, just don’t come here because it’s really that bad.

The drinks are terrific and SEVERAL options. They are incredibly nice and the place is really clean. As for the food, it’s basically Pho and Vermicelli (Vegan options too 🙂 ), but really good. The food is made with fresh ingredients and as ordered, so it takes some time (patience is a virtue, but worth it). The prices are great, extremely reasonable. We wish that they would extend their hours to be open later, but otherwise it’s a great spot.

Perfect food, every time. Thank you!! I work from home and it’s easy to fall into the trap of eating junk all the time, but thankfully for this wonderful restaurant, I can get quick, healthy, and frugal options instead.
