The main server with blue hair is working super hard. They need to staff a little more. Food was piping hot. Not the best pho I’ve had but it was okay. My pho tai had a huge lump of the steak stuck together at the bottom so it was undercooked in the middle. Large portions for the price. Needed a little more of the pho spices.

For me, pho is all about the broth. This place has the best beef broth of any place I have ever been. Silky, deep flavor perfectly balanced with fresh lime juice. Today I came back just to order the broth by itself. But note: weirdly, somehow the vegan broth is basically just boiled water. Get the beef broth. But still, Favorite pho place in Orange County.

2 stars at best in terms of everything. Not sure if I came on the wrong day, but contrary to what most reviews have to say about tasty and flavorful broth (which is why I decided to give this place a try due to reading the almost overwhelming number of positive reviews about this place), there was nothing special about my bowl of pho. The broth came out hot but very bland, the meats were unimpressive as well and did only feel like they looked good BUT taste was a completely different story. I also asked to be seated at a booth when I came in but the hostess adamantly insisted I move to a tiny corner table instead, stating, “No, I want you to sit here in case it gets crowded right after you.” That “in case” NEVER even happened, and it wasn’t crowded when I came in.

My aunt recommended if we like pho then this is the place to go. Since our hotel is near Disneyland we gave this place a try because it’s open from 9am to 2am. We arrived here at 10:45pm and was promptly greeted and seated. Ordered the rare steak and meatball pho, meatball only pho and large combination pho minus the tendon and a passion fruit drink.

The name of this restaurant should be Pho Great! I got the #2 and let me tell you, it was nothing short of great! The meat they use is just extraordinarily soft, it was so amazing! They gave me so much fresh bean sprouts and so much fresh basil!!! The broth was just perfectamundo! Omg, I ordered water for my drink and they put it in a to go cup, so awesome. The owner is the one that served me and he was super nice and accommodating big time. The amount of meat they give you here was pretty darn plentiful. At other places, the tai rare meat gets hard when cooked, not here…I kid you not this is gonna be my new pho spot. Clean facility, outdoor seating, friendly service, extraordinarily high quality meats, perfect broth. Even down to their condiments….look at their ot sate!!! If you want a really superb pho place that won’t let you down….pho good is a sure bet!!!

pho Bros was closed , so I gave this a try. It was late at night around 11:30 so my choices were quickly dwindling. I ordered a large rare beef Pho. The size was big. the accompanying sprouts and greens were fine. The pho was decent. The restaurant had the strong odor of a chain-smoker.
