So we tried the family-style options at Pho Ginger and it was pretty darn good! It’s hard to find great family-style Vietnamese food options in Albuquerque but Pho Hinger certainly hit the mark. Service was great and they constantly had our water filled. Well definitely be back.

I spent about 3 weeks in Albuquerque on a work trip, and so was Googling pretty frequently in the area for food options. I usually have to drive very far for good Vietnamese food where I live, so Vietnamese food was one of the top things I was looking to try. Pho Ginger ended up being the first place, and one of the best places I tried in town. I ended up eating here about three or four times, and had to-go a couple of nights as well. The pho broth was phenomenal in itself, and worth the drive depending on where you are coming from. The accompaniments (herbs, bean sprouts, jalapeno, and limes) were all clean and fresh as well. There is usually plenty of seating available, and the parking in the strip mall it is located in is usually never packed. By the time I left the area I had tried their 10. Pho Dac Biet, 13. Bun Bo Hue, 23. Bun Dac Biet, their spring rolls 1., both chicken and pork Bahn Mi 5., their Soup Bo Vien 3., and an avocado smoothie. If you are a resident, or passing through ABQ, you owe it to yourself to check out Pho Ginger.

Ordered the #9 ginger pho and it was delicious! I loved the cuts of meat and the amount of ginger was subtle but flavorful. The server was extremely friendly as well. Can’t wait to come back to try more dishes 🙂

The pho here is SO good. We got the spicy beef noodle soup and the pho ginger. Both were very flavorful. The spicy was not super spicy. The lady who greeted us and waited on us was so friendly. The restaurant was clean, they use paper over top of the tablecloths and I thought that was a great way to keep things clean (we were splashing all over the place lol). Overall a great spot.

Wow! This place is such a gem we are grateful that we had this special date night and decided to find a new place to switch things up and landed here. Everything was so tasty. We split the shrimp spring rolls and Bahn mi plus a mango salad. All very tasty! Bahn mi is a smaller version and worth the $5. I ordered shrimp curry, which was delicious and an ample portion, well priced. My husband got a vermicelli plate and it was so tasty. Definitely give this place a shot, you will be happy you did.

Great little Vietnamese restaurant! Such a great selection of food to choose from and service was excellent. Can’t beat the price and the portion size is large so you can enjoy more at home or the next day. Top of my list for NE area.

Pho Ginger is such a great restaurant, I hope more people go there and try it! The food has great flavors, there’s is a large selection, and the staff is attentive and friendly. There is a bit of a larguage barrier, but it’s not a problem. The prices are exceedingly low, so if you want to eat on a budget while getting high quality food, go here. And tell other people about out it if you enjoy it!
