Food quality and price are pretty good for the area. No music at all. They have a sign that says 3.6% cash discount. I paid in cash. He tried to charge me 3.6% over the menu price. Which is double wrong as far as I’m concerned. Luckly I had exact change so it was super low conflict.

They had me at 15-spice broth. The best veggie pho I’ve ever had hands down. Finished everything down to the last drop, even the spicy jalapeños! The management is very hospitable. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is a solid cuatro (4). I had the traditional chicken phõ. My taste buds were not blown away but were satisfied. The pho was a 7 outta 10. Fav part of the pho was it had plenty of noodles. I also had the pineapple fried rice and that was also good. 8 outta 10. The fact they offer friend Rice is a win. Would I come back? Yes. If the other place I reviewed last month was closed. Price is fair for the amount of food. Still would give it my seal of approval #gorditoapproved #fatboyapproved.

This is a rough area to be honest, but I can’t rate a place down for that.

Good quality food, I typically get chicken pho – always so delicious and comforting. Today I tried the rice and lemongrass pork *chefs kiss* so delicious and perfect crisp. I love coming here.

There was absolutely no one in there we were the only ones which would be fine if ya didn’t want to be treated like you weren’t there either. Food was expensive and pho was not very good at all. Everything costed extra if you wanted a sufficient amount of meat, broth or noodles it was extra. My son and I were not even done eating and our server just put on their backpack and left in the middle of our meal! We had to go into the kitchen and say we wanted to leave. Very awkward and we packed up our own soup and just paid and left.

Great food. Friendly service. Too many strung out homeless people around the building and in front of the door. Portland is so gross, glad I didn’t get mugged walking to my car.

I would recommend this restaurant to anybody. The service was really good, the food was excellent. We had pork fried rice and ox tail Pho . For me, it was perfect.
