The chicken curry was delicious, and the chicken pho was quite authentic. The spring rolls was nice, although it came with peanut sauce. Personally I prefer the fish sauce dip because I’m Asian

Whoa what a meal! One of the only places to get Pho on a Monday in Lincoln. So glad we came here today! The decor is super cute and inviting. Started with some apps. The shrimp rolls were so cute with the tail sticking out of the end. And the Pho rolls actually tasted like Pho! Moving on to the mains – wow! Huge portions. The rare steak Pho was on point. Great flavor and high quality ingredients. The only thing I will say is I prefer to have noodles and meat on the side so I can dip it in my broth. I will have to ask for it that way next time. Great job Pho Factory!

I am honestly so disappointed in the fact that I order a to go order for a chicken and beef pho. Not only was the order not ready (not even in the system) when I came to pick it up, but you guys gave us the wrong order. Let alone you gave us a pork which got my girlfriend sick because she’s allergic to it. Horrible service, shouldn’t even be in business… photo below is a “spring roll”

Bad attention, we waited 15 minutes at a table, no one attended us and they were not busy, then we ordered to take away and we waited another half hour for them to charge us and give us the order, the bag was all full of grease at the bottom and we got a hair in the broth
