Very bland broth, the floor isn’t clean, there was a unclean smell. I should of skipped this one. The only reason it got two stars is although the staff seemed really helpful they where not trained and the place was not being kept up. The food was very lack luster. The meatballs where not edible. The brisket and steak was decent but not enough for the bowl or should of been in smaller pieces. Will not repeat or recommend

I’ve been here so many times and today I’m nothing but disappointed. The broth in our pho was very watered down and bland. All of our condiment bottles were empty and we had to grab different ones off of another table. The salt and pepper shakers were empty and extremely dirty on the outside and on top. Bottles have never been cleaned and are sticky. Our table still had soy sauce and jalapeño pepper seeds on it when we were seated. Not sure what happened since being here the last time but I’m considering not coming back because of it.

Great find after walking jungle jims, conveniently in the plaza and quick to seat. Food was good, service was attentive. They have milk tea and a variety of eats on the menu. Very family friendly as well. Would definitely come again!

I ordered the Steak and Meatball Pho. It was absolutely delicious! The service was not as good as one would typically expect. My companion ordered the Shiitake Mushroom Pho. The server came back and said they were out of mushrooms. They left to allow her to decide on something else. Fifteen minutes later, they brought out my bowl. Shortly after that, the server came to get her order. Of course, I’m not going to eat in front of her. After another 15 minutes, her order hadn’t been delivered. I asked them to take mine away, since it is now cold, bring it out fresh so that we could eat at the same time. Nope, hers comes out first. It was laughable.

I can see why it’s empty, I ordered the vegan spring rolls and almost threw up. It looked like a condom with noodles and tofu. It was horrible, I got the M5, not very good.

It was our first visit to Pho Cincy and my second meal from a Vietnamese restaurant of the day. We were not disappointed. I had the vegan bahn mi with mushrooms and it was delicious – I should have gotten the jalapenos on it but I loved it. My son had the flank steak Pho and the broth was incredible. My husband had spicy beef rice noodle. We also ordered pork egg rolls and fried tofu. We loved it all. The tables have additional condiments, including chili oil that someone else mentioned. The iced coffee was delicious. A large portion will result in some extra to take home.

The Pho and Banh Mi are delicious. Summer rolls with peanut sauce are great. Large portions and reasonable pricing. Only complaint is that service can be a bit slow and inattentive, and they serve bottled soft drinks instead of fountain.
