Took a chance despite the negative reviews and it was absolutely fine. Took a beef and spaghetti, though didn’t take a soup because of different reviews about it. It was indeed a little bit over about the usage of oil. Could be reduced the amount of it without compromise the taste. Other than that the dish was tasty. The ginger ice tea was great. The service was as expected but I was there late winter evening. I would slightly increase the portion (for me it was tiny fit).

The hostess was nice however, she barely spoke any English and it was hard to communicate. However, our server was on another level of rude while leaving. We left him a tip of $10 and he stopped us and I was like hey can you leave more I don’t understand why I would leave more when the service was horrible and the food was disgusting. It was completely embarrassing horrible atmosphere. I would’ve tip tomorrow if the food and service was good, but the service was horrible. The food was disgusting and the one person that did speak English was extremely rude.

Clean, nice atmosphere, great service. I ordered the calamari, and it was not my fav. Id return to try their soups or other menu items.

Unfortunately, my experience this time was disappointing. The pho was flavorless. So were most of the dishes we ordered. Our reaction to the caramelized catfish was “Where is it?” I can’t believe they charge $15 for 4 tiny pieces (1″ x 1″) catfish and some onions. The fried calamari was the only good dish.

The broth is great. Everything is great. Just they don’t refill the coke. That’s quite confusing as it obviously is from the machine, not bottled. The food is still very good. So, I rate it with five stars.

The worst pho I ever had. The soup super sweet and they did not even clean the fat and oil. What’s a waste of my money. Never again. You can see all the fat and oil seat right on top of the noodle.

My experience at this place was ok to begin with. The atmosphere was ok and the place was clean. We were seated immediately and were given our food just as quickly. The downside to this place was that the food was not very great, it was lacking flavor and the condiments were lacking (they did not have the usual Asian condiments i.e. chili oil or pickled jalapenos). The crab rangoon was basically just cream cheese, the pho was ok ( lacking the necessary condiments) and the flat noodle dish was lacking flavor that couldn’t be helped with hoisin and siracha sauce. The biggest downside was the waitress. We got overcharged for a meal and explained to them what was written on the menu and she made an excuse that did not make sense. Then another waitress came over and kept saying how we were wrong, when the menu clearly said the price was $10 and an extra dollar for seafood. They charged me $15 dollars when it should of been $11. I understand that it is only $4 dollars but the waitress refused to listen and they lost a future customer.

well I do not give bad reviews, but I must i have been coming here for years usually for the soup but i have gotten many other foods. the food is good soups are the best and I get soup in a lot of places…BUT THE STAFF OMG including owners or the hostess are not friendly at all, waited 40 minutes just to even say hello, our drinks came 1/2 hour after we got our food and they did not come back i tried to wave and be friendly so i was not complaining i was on a date, then second drink we waited about 20 min after we ordered it by then I was a little mad. i asked for the bill and had to go out side because it was another 20 minute just to get the bill… so i was there for about 2+ hours. so that was my bad experience..
