This was our first time “dining” in at this restaurant. To my surprise, the restaurant was pretty big in size compared to most of other Asian restaurants around the area. Before the dine-in experience, we probably ordered their Banh Mi sandwiches for to go a couple of times. We arrived around 12:30pm on a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was not quite busy yet, however, by 1pm…it was like a zoo…

Delicious pho!! Got the Pho Craze Special with extra meat, and I left completely full. Which is saying something because I eat a LOT as a runner.

On the pass average, this is a nice place for Pho. material and broth are one of the best place for pho. But lately, they upgrade their payment machine. the amount of the charges showing you tips is being added, but they mention to you. The screen keep showing asking for tips. To me, until second time when I check with text receipt I found this skillfully issued. Tips is no limit depend how satisfaction you like. But trickily take customer advantages is not acceptable. Here, I alert every customer when you check out. Please pay attention of it. 15% + 15% which is unusual tips paid.

Great food, but a bit of a wait, as they are understaffed. Update. This place has really went downhill. For the second week in a row the restrooms are closed. (I won’t describe what I saw the first week.) Today I got a glass of water with white pasty substance around the inside of the glass. Management needs to step in for this place to be successful.

The best pho around! I usually order the rare steak pho and it is absolutely the best around, but I’ve recently found their steak and garlic noodles – absolutely delicious. The owner Lynn, makes everyone feel welcomed, the service is great, the food is fantastic. Overall it’s the only pho place I’ll go to.

Best pho I’ve ever had. Hands down. Broth was full of flavor. The meat, Holly canoli, it litterly melted in your mouth. I will definitely make this a must stop on my every visit to Richmond

I give em a 5 Star Bubble Stamp! I’ve been to many pho restaurants. And I’ll say that the Vermicelli Plates are fabulous. Chicken and Shrimp grilled perfect. Fresh lil salad with the fish sauce. The Vietnamese Sandwiches are also perfect. Not too shy with the meat and that fresh soft roll instead of the slightly crunchy ones. The Noodle Soup is good. But I’m a real fan of fresh shrimp rolls, and they’re fresh with wraps that aren’t too thick. I’ve had a couple of the smoothies. I’m a Piná Colada drinker but I’ve had a few different fruit flavors, and even combined a couple with no problem. I just have to start taking photos, my apologies for inhaling everything so quickly.

If you are in need of some Pho, and you happen to be in Pinole, this is a good option. The food is standard but very well-made and the portions are good. Definitely a place to keep in mind when the cravings strike you.

This is our place of choice and now we also have our patents joining in with number 20 that our fav. Our experiences with them no matter if they’re foot traffic the staff are always friendly. When the food is good and customers service is great its an incentive to a successful business. Thank you Pho Craze for feeding our family when we feel for a quick and good meal on busy days.
