Great pho! The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I also ordered a bubble tea, and I found it to be kind of grainy, but I typically don’t like bubble tea anyways. Sometimes I have to try it again to see if my tastes have changed. I ordered the large beef pho, and I finished the whole bowl. The broth was well seasoned, and served at the proper temperature. Next time I come to town I will definitely be trying one of their beef bulgogi sandwiches!

8 months ago I had never had Pho in my life. Then everything changed and I was introduced to what some may call an addiction, and this is one addiction I’m okay with, and Pho Central is responsible. I have since been here probably 20 + times for that sweet sweet Beef Pho. I have literally only tried the Beef Pho, the egg rolls, and the spring rolls so I can’t speak to the whole menu but my wife and I love what we’ve had! It’s a decent place for a quick bite and affordable, plus they do to go containers so go enjoy and tell them Aaron sent you 😉

Edited my review and changed it to 3 stars. The food there is good and inexpensive, especially in a place like Ellensburg where you wouldn’t expect good quality Vietnamese food. However, the staff can be a bit standoffish sometimes, acting a bit like you are wasting their time. Moreover, the place doesn’t always appear to stick to its business hours: my boyfriend and I went there hoping to get Pho for dinner, but it was closed. It was only 5:30 PM, no notice or reason why the place was closed, even online.

As we were walking in, the lady that was working audibly muttered ‘I just got out here’ as she put out her cigarette and came inside to help us. We ordered two orders of spring rolls and a side of broth. The food was overpriced for what we recieved and me and my friend were both unimpressed with the spring rolls. They were not wrapped tightly enough and some of the rice noodle inside was hard as If it had been sitting out for too long. To top it off the lady that was working had an attitude. Definitely wont be coming back any time soon.

I ordered two steak pho and two taro bubble teas, and it was the worst pho and bubble tea that I have ever had. The pho was watered down and flavorless. The bubble tea was gritty and had large chunks of ice in it, and the boba was crunchy and under cooked. It wasn’t a busy day at all and my family hasn’t eaten there since. The people inside are nice though.

The beef pho was very good and tasted just like the great places on the west side that I love. The gyoza were very good and had great flavor. I came here for my birthday dinner and it was definitely the right choice. I will definitely come back for the great food and good vibes!

Great little hole in the wall restaurant to get awesome Pho! The broth has an amazing flavor, the noodles are perfect and the meat was tender and not chewy like other Pho I’ve had before.

Best (and only?) Pho in town! Small and quiet, but tastey!

The broth was tasteless and the atmosphere was awful. Plus, I kept getting chunks of star anise which totally soured what taste was even there. There’s loud, intrusive music playing, and the college bro’s working the counter didn’t help the atmosphere much either.

Went for the pho. Was extremely disappointed. The broth tasted like water.. maybe it was a bad day for them Idk. But I couldn’t eat it. Also, had the fried rice which was decent. But the kicker and the reason I’d come back would be for the pork bahn mi. Amazing
