I was disappointed with my experience. The flavours were not authentic at all. The pho broth was sweet and oily, also the dac biet did not have trippes or tendons, which the pho tai the beef was not rare. The decoration is cute but the building as a whole is not clean at all. Old crusty carpet in the entrance, splaters and dirty walls. That being said the service was good.

This restaurant is a great little place to grab a bite. We went here for our lunch, and we were looking for something vegan and a decent sized portion. The server came out, and we asked him about a certain dish, and he could make it vegan. It was a noodle stir fry with tofu . It was very good. I had leftovers for the following day. If you are in the area, definitely check out this little restaurant.

My Army friend introduced this place to me tonight. It was such a treat, great atmosphere, staff was incredible and helpful. Our server really enjoys the food by the way he explains different items, offered some favorite choices.

I now think Pho is the perfect after ski meal. I stopped here on my way back from Stowe. 2 minutes off 89 in the Capitol area, it was easy off and easy on. The food was fantastic. I got rare beef pho with extra vegetables and the roll sampler. Both were excellent and fresh. The broth was lighter than I remember pho having, but in a good way. Also got almond milk bubble tea with green tea flavor. I would definitely recommend this place. For the area being dead on the weekend because the state offices were closed, the restaurant had a lot of people stop in for pickup orders while I ate. I can see why.

Good Vietnamese food plus very nice and modern ambience. Great place for group or family gatherings & location is convenient. Their pho is amazing btw. The broth is flavorful & the beef is so filling with the basil. I also love adding the raw basil & beansprout to savor the soup. I will definitely be back again for more. 1 time isn’t enough.

While I personally don’t love Thai food for the most part the food I’ve had here has been decent. My girlfriend thinks it’s all amazing and great. The bubble tea is pretty good and the fried ice cream is great. The servers are fast and very friendly and the food is affordable. The music is decent too. I guess if you love Thai food this is the place to be!

Ca phe sua was strong and flavorful. I got the chili chicken vermicelli and it was delicious, just thought it could have had a bit more chicken and possibly veggies – but very tasty and the entire portion was perfect for a lighter lunch. Also nice young man serving us, very cute vibe and decor.

Stopped in on way back to Massachusetts from Burlington. I wouldn’t suspect Vermont would have such good Pho. This place is better than most pho I have had in the city. Excellent place to eat.
