The cashier lady doesn’t understand English and blamed me for her mistakes. I told her over the phone that I wanted the #90 rice plate. She said yes. I had to triple confirm her to make sure it’s the rice plate and she got me a pho #90 instead. When I confronted her about the wrong order she told me I was wrong and that she was not willing to refund or replace it even though she made the mistake herself. She also made a big scene trying to comfort me and as you know, I was pretty nice about it since the food was for my husband on Father’s Day. As she charged me for the rice plate, she then tries to comfort and apologize to me multiple times as if I made a big deal about it in front of everybody. The next couple of days I came in and saw a sign explaining about this issue like seriously, they need to work on their customer service and understanding English. Not to be rude about it, but there is a language barrier and orders needs to be taken correctly or the menu needs to be fix. Overall, their foods are pretty good but there is a lot of homeless around there especially when the pho place is next to the smoke shop. I constantly get asked for change probably every visit.

I have been going to this place for quite a long time seen it changed ownership once before the lady owner Van, now the new owner made this place the worst Phoa place to go to. The food, service and the place it self had gone down hill very much. And in the evening it doesn’t feel safe to go to due to the homeless conventions and drug party by the laundry mat behind the Shell Gas station allowed to happen. I won’t recommend this place not even to my worst enemy..

Very good Pho with generous portions. First time I didnt finish a bowl of Pho. Maybe because I had the XXL bowl….lol. the combo was so good with seafood. And the spring rolls were one of the best. Definitely a place to return to and highly recommend. Oh, prices are so low.

One of the cleanest pho places. Very good environment and the food is exceptional. Never had a bad experience here and love going here. Prices are good owners come out and greet you with a smile like family, not to common with a lot of the Asian places. Looking forward to the next visit for sure.
