Beautiful Butterfly
Absolutely love this family owned business. The food is fast, reasonably priced, fresh, and consistently delicious. We have had several different items on the menu and have enjoyed every bite. The Thai tea is fantastic. The service is fast and friendly. Highly recommend this gem for delicious, authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Okay, so compared to other pho Ive had elsewhere Id give this a 7/10. $15 for less noodles and meat than you get elsewhere, but service was quick and the actual taste was not bad. Parking lot sucks when the gym is busy.

I am Vietnamese and tried almost all of the Pho joints in the DMV area. Drove down from Springfield, Va to check out this place and all I got to say is they serve very delicious pho, very flavorful and fresh, but I don’t think they gave enough meat compared to some of the other places up north (Centreville). Usually I am stuffed after pho places paying for the same amount $15 and have to get a to go container, but left here feeling maybe 90% full. I give this place a 4.5 for that, otherwise good service.

This was a tough decision between 3 or 4 stars. The food is definitely one of the better phos in the area. The broth was very flavorful and the noodles were near perfect texture. However, the wait is insanely long. We waited over an hour for our food and saw over 5 tables walk out from waiting so long. The takeout orders were taking priority over the dine-in orders. We saw more employees in the front of the restaurant than in the back cooking. Very hesitant on whether I would order ahead or dine-in in the future, but for sure will be coming back again. So glad to finally have a true pho restaurant in Stafford. Also, kudos to the manager for trying to make all the customers happy.

My family and I tried it for the first time tonight and we’re happy we did.I read other reviews that said it takes a long time to receive your food if you dine in, but we didn’t have that issue. I had a shrimp dish and my family had the chicken pho along with some appetizers, and it was delicious. The gentleman that was there ( I’m not sure if he’s the owner)was attentive and friendly and so was the rest of the staff.

The food is off the chart. The pho the fried rice the grilled chicken and the fried wigs. I have eaten at many restaurants but his PHO 72 is the best. Please please visit this place. My 6 year old boy ate everything. If I could rate them it will be 20 stars out of 4 they are just wonderful

So happy to see a Vietnamese restaurant in Stafford. I’ve been coming to this restaurant almost everyday ever since their grand opening. Finally got a chance to write a review for them because I keep forgetting to take pictures. Long waiting time is no longer an issue like some older reviews. Each and everyone of the staff are so friendly. Clean establishment. Food are always AMAZING. The pho is perfect for the cold weAther. The pho broth always taste IMMACULATE. 100/10

Nice small quaint spot, I go probably 1-2 times a month as this is my pho craving killer. The Special Pho is amazing with very delicious base and hearty serving of meat and noodles. The Summer Roles are amazing with delicious peanut sauce that hits the spot. For about 40$ you can get 2 Pho Specials and an Appetizer with drinks, making this a nice affordable spot for your wallet.

After all of the great reviews I was finally able to try Pho 72 for lunch today and was not disappointed! Neither of us had eaten pho before and the owner made excellent suggestions. The portion was very generous, the broth was flavorful with lots of meat and noodles. We had the fried shrimp wontons for an appetizer and they were very good. Will definitely be back!
