Just ate here. Food was okay, but the service provided by the employee was horrible. My wife did not like her pho so we had requested to not pay for it. The server claims we needed to tell her immediately. My wife didn’t start eating as soon as we got the food because she was eating a Bahn mi and we were serving out kids. The server was cleaning tables so I tried to not bother her until she finished. She was rude with her responses. I requested to speak to a manager and apparently nobody is available.

Broth is usually good, everything else is very hit or miss. They’ll randomly give lemon instead of lime with no warning. Beef sometimes tastes leftover. Noodles sometimes fall apart, probably also leftover/old. Quality control is very lacking. I keep going back because they’re so close to home but I need to find a different spot.

They gave me the wrong food and then when I called them to tell them they hung up on me and now won’t answer. Do not give this horrible business your money. Update: I like their response. Also, my kids and I split up “Sarah d.’s” order (I was handed the wrong order) and it was actually pretty darn good. The wrong food can also be blamed on the Uber driver who is a complete idiot so I can’t blame Pho 7 for that because that’s just not fair to them. I changed the rating from 1 to 4 stars.
