Ordered #3 Summer Rolls w/BBQ Pork and #40 Stir Fried Beef with Vegetable. #3 was really good, especially on portion. Rolls were tightly wrapped and packed with greens, noodles, and the pork. The fish sauce that came with it was a good dip, there is the option for a peanut sauce too. #40 was a nice balanced plate with protein, veggies, and rice. Mixed well, this was a great meal altogether and was glad I tried them. Slow traffic inside but picked up as the time went by. And value for the price and service was nice to see in this economy.

This is one of my favorite, local restaurants in San Diego. It has decent prices for generous portions of food, even with the current shrinkflation everywhere. The similar food I ordered at different restaurants were definitely more pricey, about $5 more on average.

For a restaurant with pho in their name, the pho options were very limited. My wife had the shaken beef and it tasted like Chinese beef and broccoli. The bathroom could use a little love. Our waitress was good and attentive though.

Amazing place! Food is sooo delicious here. Portions are big and the quality is very good. I personally really like shrimp fried rice and spring rolls. Highly recommend!

Literally right out of the gate of the Marine Corps Air Station. The food is decent and was pretty quick. I don’t come to SD often, but I was glad I found this place so close to base. They have a good variety of dishes in the menu including Banh Mi and regular smoothies drinks.

Came here right on time for the happy hour and so glad we stopped by, because I had one of the most delicious pho I’ve ever had. I ordered the “House special Pho”(or something like that) and it was very filling. All the ingredients were fresh and smelled amazing! I have also had their Thai Iced tea, which was really good! I highly recommend this place if you want something healthy, filling and delicious!

Just found Pho 46 while accidentally ending up at Baba Kabob nearby earlier today (separate review). The fact that Pho 46’s prices for popular Vietnamese appetizers and dishes are way less than most Viet restos around here caught my eye. Notes: $0.50 fee for credit or debit pymts under $10. Wheelchair accessible.
