Friendly staff in a clean indoor self-seating dining room. Everything comes individually packaged. The chicken has a citrus flavor. Garlic bread is, bread with a garlic flavor on top.

I love Phils, have gone there since I was a kid with my father. There is just something about the chicken there. Delicious desserts, the buffet is fabulous. I live in NJ now but just went back for a visit, had to stop here. Never disappointed, still consistent after all these years. Don’t ever change.
