If i could rate a 0 I would. I have never in my life… i could hear the “owner” yelling at my husband the min he said the order was wrong. Horrible business practice. Will never waste my time, money or energy on this place again. Will also direct the guests at my hotel to other places to eat. I wouldnt want them treated like this. The food was ok at best. Extremely greasy. Chicken was nasty, philly sandwiches again were wrong. STAY AWAY!!!

the guy who answered the phone was very rude, he didn’t tell me my total. And 5 minutes after i ordered i called back to cancel my order. his answer was “make sure you don’t call back here anymore, wasting my time” !!!! that was very unprofessional. on top of that the hamburger wasn’t even that good it tasted like frozen patties. definitely not ordering from there anymore!

It was hard to find the place first of all. There is no sign that stands out to say Philiy’s To Go. I call restaurant and found out it’s in Pepe’s Pizza. So I was thinking “ ok let’s just see what’s up with the place.” I go in and place my order. The guy at the register was not customer friendly. He did not greet me before ordering. There was no smile or small talk. So I thought well maybe the food will speak for itself (NOT!). I ordered a 6” Philip cheese steak and Gyro. Still no friendly talk, no smile or nothing. My Gryo meat was very thin slices and dry pita bread even with the so call special sauce still dry. The Philip cheese steak looks good, smell good but was sitting in the middle of bread. Not sure if it was a six inch cause I had so bread with no meat reaching both ends. My husband said it was alright that he had better. I agree I had a much better GRYO AND PHILIY CHEESE STEAK in Chicago. So I wasn’t satisfied at all. And the inside Decor was not very appealing either. I will not make another visit and waste my money. Sorry Philiy’s To Go or PePe’s Pizza whatever you are. Had you spent more money on sprucing up the place, put a real sign up, get some customer etiquette and a better chief you might be worth the trip and money.

I ordered a philly cheesesteak and there was no meat. I couldn’t believe. Grubhub refunded me. I will never order from them again. I wish I could post the pics. I had to move what they put onto one side of the sandwich. It consisted of mostlt mushrooms, onions,and bell peppers.

First time was awsome. A little pricey for what we got. Second time utter waste of money 20.00 for a incorrect burger soggy fries and a can of soda. Could of made a dinner for four for this and it would of been made right. You won’t be in business much longer with service like this.
