The food is good here, real good. If you get all the fuss over cheesesteak quality and holistic cheesesteaks, you’ll get Philly Frank’s. Plus, dining in gives you that East Coast lunchroom feel. The menu goes on like a review and the staff were cool. Grub so comfortable, it ate the lawn!

Best cheesesteaks anywhere around. Very authentic to Philadelphia. Reasonably priced and large sandwiches. It takes about 10 or 15 minutes for a sandwich though so be ready to wait a bit, but definitely worth it. Lots of options to include on the steak depending on how traditional you want to be. Great place!

Better than most cheesesteak spots in socal. They have all the correct elements in place for a proper philly. My hoagie was a little bit too light and soft to hold up to the meat, felt like eating on white bread. I also wish my cheesesteak was filled more with meat, there was some noticeable space left in my hoagie for more. Comparatively for the area though, this is good. Not the best philly, but better than most around.

This is my first time going to Frank’s and I ordered the beef Philly cheese steak with mixed peppers with a side of fries. Freaking delicious. It’s a little bit out of my way and there’s nothing stopping me from trying everything on the menu.

My husband and I went to this place thinking we would get an authentic philly cheesesteak. We ordered the pizza steak and the sandwich comes with onions but we didn’t expect that a 6 ounces of beef would end up 1 of beef and 5 ounces of onions. We don’t mind a little bit of onion in our sandwiches but if we are eating more onions than the meet itself is a different story. We paid $20 and so for everything we ordered and we didn’t want a new sandwich. My husband asked for a refund but they said they couldn’t give the refund because the manager is not in today. There’s no reaching out and solving the customer’s issue but what the crew did was gave us attitude and. Have been very defensive when questioned. My husband is from Philly and knows what’s good Philly steak is but what they serve us was more onion sandwich without the steak. We left hungry and get robbed with what we paid for. The place looks old too and tables are dirty. They don’t clean up after each and every customer. We would not recommend this place and hopefully people reads this review.

This place is amazing!!!! We love coming here or picking up to go. The food is always great. The works steak sandwich, the chicken cheese, and the onion rings are the bomb! Add more cheese or meat if you want but it’s a big sandwich the way it is. CHECK IT OUT!
