I have ordered from this establishment a few timed and this was by far the worst. The cheesesteak egg roll was sooo greasy, omgoodness the bag my order was placed in could have fried chicken in it. The order of fries looked and tasted like they were scrapes from all the other fry orders. The egg was wrapped in foil and placed in the bag to leak grease everywhere. Order placed through UberEats, so not sure if my missing eggroll was kept in the container they usually put them in or it was just placed in bag. Very disappointed .

The customer service I received was good and welcoming. The pricing display of their food options could be much better. They have food combo pics on their wall but no prices on them. I tried the Philly Cheesesteak Combo which comes with the sub, 5pc whole wing, fries, and a cheesesteak egg roll for $25. It should come with a drink for that price. I like that they have flavor options for their wings. I chose lemon pepper. I could have used a little bit more lemon pepper to get that taste with each bite. The egg roll was really good and full. They also have chicken egg rolls if you don’t want steak. They have this sauce that goes with the roll. It is tasty and a little spicy. The French fries were crunchy but had no salt on them so they were really dry, had to use ketchup. Now for the sub… It was really good. No complaints there. Overall it’s a decent restaurant.

Tried for the first time and was very pleased! Sandwich was full and nicely made. Fries were cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly. Will definitely visit again when I’m in VA!! Staff was wonderful!

Food was not tasteful as everyone made it seem, the egg rolls was dry and they didn’t have nothing but cheese in it. I tasted better Philly cheese at corner stores. Bread and topping was fresh but the over all taste was basic. I’m a foodie and with a name Philly Cheesesteak Cafe, it could be better.

tried a variety of philly rolls. the traditional was decent the chicken was still frozen in the center. the salmon was just gross and didn’t taste like there was a recipe. just thrown together

First time customer and will probably be my last. I ordered to go.The young man at the register has horrible customer service skills…lacks professionalism. Watched him give an order to the wrong customer and allowed them to return it and gave it to the correct customer. When that customer asked for the food to be remade, the young man and the cook acted as though it was a problem.The older lady sweeping the floor over people’s feet, not saying excuse me or asking us to move. A little boy (clearly a relative of an employee) running in & out of the kitchen. The cook eating while preparing the food (can see this from the waiting area for go to orders). Food was ok at best, definitely not worth the experience and horrible customer service.

Came in order about a month ago ordered 3 dinner combos for family didn’t mind the wait my first time spent pretty good money and when it came time for the food to come why the little kid behind the counter bagging people food just swing the food every witch way but in bag we do to ourselves every time food and service go hand in hand. Bad communication/customer service. Placed an online order, 5-13-23 for pick up. Order arrived with an insufficient quantity of items that were purchased. Called restaurant spoken to an employee named “Ty”, I politely explained to her the issue with my order, I had given her my name, my actual order, along with the online order number as a reference. I was told, “for the inconvenience of my 25+ minute drive”, If I called back within a week of my original order, they’d remake my entire order. It sounded a little too good to be true so I offered to leave a number along with my name that was given in the beginning of the call to insure they’d honor what was promised to me. “Ty”, explained that it was fine, she was able to spot my order with the information given and that all I needed to do was to let her fellow employees know that “Ty”, okayed it. Here we are Wednesday, 5-17-23, within the “weeks”, span. I call as directed, a different young lady answered, I explained the situation and was told, “okay, we can do that for you, your order will be ready when you arrive.” She gathered my name and my original order. I went on to let her know that my husband would be the person that’ll pickup the order, so in turn I had given his name as well. My husband arrived to the restaurant to find out that my order HAS NOT been filled and that they WERE NOT going to honor what was promised to me, for the inconvenience on their behalf in the 1st place. My husband was asked to “call me back”, to relay the information. My husband was also told that, “Ty” was no longer an employee of theirs, despite her being an employee at the time of the incident. Honoring what was told to me WAS NOT something they were going to do regardless of what I was told before hand. The young lady whom I spoken to on the phone today was pulled by a “manager”, & was told not to honor what their former employee promised for their negligence on 5-13-23.

Great food and good service. The downfall is a young man was eating at the counter where you get served. Food had dropped on the counter. Having childern around is great training ground, set some bkundries so it dosent distract the professional setting. Additionally, a worker came in from outside and immediately handled a customer’s food tray without washing her hands or at least using sanitizer.

5 stars for pricing and food. had a situation to where i couldn’t eat my food until almost 3 hours after i got it. didn’t warm it up because it was still warm when i finally ate it. half subs are decent sized.
