Really delicious cheese steak! Tender meat, perfect combination of spices, exact right amount of whiz. A bit pricey due to location but worth it. Cash only but owner pointed out Wells Fargo ATM one block away. Benches and tables nearby

Some how some way, I would choose the one route of the bus company that had a transfer in the trip. We rode for nearly two hours and found ourselves near the Constitution Park and US Courthouse. Now even with my limited knowledge of Philly, I was certain that both of these locations would merit a food cart close to them.
