The ambiance was nice and waitress was very nice. Good service. Food and drink was good. Ordered Tom Yum soup and Ginger-tini. Would like to have basil and more bean sprouts in the soup or on the side. Shrimp tasted fresh. The long island beach was good. The restaurant has a huge selection of foods. From japanese, chinese, vietnamese and thai. Great place to go for a large group of friends and don’t know where or what to eat.

Excellent food. So fresh, large then expected sushi portions, beautifully presented, soups, ramen both excellent. Bathrooms clean(always a plus), tables well spaced out. Wait staff very nice, prompt. Would definitely go back

First tried Phila Fusion a few months ago for lunch. Warm, flavorful nourishment that has brought us back for several lunches and dinners since. Definitely, a well ranged menu that caters to even the most particular diner. A new-to-us favorite spot in downtown Saratoga-just a couple of blocks from Broadway.

As a very frequent visitor of Asian inspired restaurants, we figured we would give this one a shot while in the area. We sat outside and that may have been the reasoning, but it was almost like we were forgotten about. It took more than twenty minutes to get a drink. I believe there may have been staffing issues which is why I can only give this place three stars. The staff was very friendly when we actually did encounter them. The food was good and the total bill was very reasonable. The wait was inexcusable, however.

Ordered the Hakata Classic Ramen and Pork Buns. The ramen broth lacked flavor and was less than mediocre. Pork slices were tiny. The buns were delicious but again the pork portions were tiny. Better ramen can be had at Duos Japanese on Broadway.

I read the reviews ahead of time and expected a long wait for a table, no refills and poor service/average food. I’m glad I ignored the negative comments! Decided to give it a try by myself on a Saturday after running some errands. I was seated immediately, the service was amazing & the food was even better. (And plenty of refills on my water). I got a salmon roll & the spicy miso ramen. The portion of ramen was so large I had to ask for a to go cup because I was so full but couldnt imagine leaving it behind – it was delicious! They even honor lunch specials on weekends which I feel is a rarity. My bill only came to $16.00! I will definitely be back (probably sooner rather than later). So glad I stumbled upon this place!
