We stopped in here for after dinner drinks before going home one evening. This place has the coolest atmosphere. We knew it would be awesome when they had a bubble machine outside the front door. Once you go inside it’s like stepping into a spooky library with a bit of a steam punk meets new age vibe. I’ll be honest, I have no idea how to describe it, but it is cool. Our drinks were great and the staff were awesome. I would absolutely recommend this place.

The drinks were very flavorful, and the food was unique and delicious. This is a repeat when I return to Eureka. The parlor was beautifully set up. The service was great. Overall, it is a fun place to relax and enjoy some tasty treats.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! The vibes are purrrfect, and the food is incredible. Our server Linnea was very attentive, friendly, and accommodating (even on a busy arts alive night!). We love coming to Phatsy Kline’s and are really thankful to have this spot in Humboldt! I’d spend all of my nine lives here if I could

I came with my neighbor and it was great! The cocktails were fabulous and the bartender was really fun along with great staff. Good atmosphere and good place for meeting with friends for a drink and snacks. Inside really made me feel like I could have been in a 1800s Victorian place. It is so Characteristic of the area and the wood is gorgeous. Really is a parlor and these people should be acknowledged for making it feel that way. It is a Eureka experience in a really good way!

Where to begin! I have been here a few times now, with different groups of awesome people, and they all loved it! (As well as myself) Our wait staff every time has been phenomenal, and the food has never let us down! I enjoy that their menu pays attention to detail. It is a consistent menu, with a few daily specials! The food always looks just like the pictures, and tastes even better. The drinks are always to die for and made very well. It is a fun and clean establishment. My experience here has been consistently excellent. I love that they have vegan/vegetarian options as well and can seem to accomodate us whenever we would like to switch things up a bit! I love the Lavender Lemon Drop and their house made Garlic knotts always hit the spot.

Stopped here for a cocktail! We are staying in the area for a few days and read that this is a place to go, so we made a point to stop. Inside, it’s beautiful and I love the décor! It is inside a hotel or Inn, but the décor is throughout, even in the lobby. The drinks were 100% on par and delicious! Because we already had dinner plans, we skipped food, but the menu was to die for! I hope while we are in town I will get to go back to try food items. Saw plates being delivered to other tables, and honestly I can’t wait to try a few items. If you’re in the area, stop. You won’t be disappointed!

The service should have been better with the server to customer ratio. Beautiful setting (be sure to check out the ballroom). The soup was tasty. The garlic knots were good. The charcuterie board was good. We sat at the bar and had to wait a while, and our order wasn’t correct.

Went twice during an event, several months apart. I’ve wanted to enjoy the place and after a first soso experience, went back for arts alive. If the music is playing next door, it’s still super loud on the lounge side, ok so we yell a bit. They always seem either understaffed or undertrained and it almost feels like you are walking on eggshells trying to get a drink or food item listed on the menu… they seem to have little foresight for and maybe experience with busier nights. Bartender has to look up Pimms cup, didn’t know what a Sazerac was and stated at 8pm that since they were slammed tonight these were the last speciality cocktails they would make I didn’t realize those qualified as complicated drinks..

One of the best meals we have enjoyed in a long time. Great cocktails, lovely service, and delicious food!! We had a seared ahi tuna with lemon shisito peppers, chickpea cakes that were so flavorful they almost outshined the fish, and the best flatbread I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend!!
