Not the standard Bavarian pretzel you are probably used to. These pretzels, the flavorings and the dips are unlike anything I have ever had. Do not sleep on the jalapeno popper dip or Cajun pretzel. We also got the sampler, jalapeno cheddar pretzel and the cheddar cheese sauce. Everything was amazing. Wish we had tried them earlier in our visit! They also offer catering!

I thought the pretzels were very good. A little overpriced if you ask me. The inside was extra small, but they have some seating outside if you want to sit and eat. The workers were helpful and quick. The options for pretzels and dips were good. The cream cheese was actually excellent. Not sure what brand they use, but it was delightful. We got regular and chives/onions and they were both delicious. Overall, a great experience and one I would recommend to others!

Fantastic workers who gave great recommendations that we listened to thankfully, super fast turn around time for my order. Love the pairing of the garlicky cream cheese with the cajun pretzel the perfect amount of spice and texture for a pretzel. My fiance got the parmesan and garlic pretzel it paired perfectly with the good tasting nacho cheese for dipping sauce. Highly HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone just walking around down town playing tourist and wants a quick and cheap bite to eat. Will for sure be back in the future to this location.

The wife and I picked-up the Original and Pepperoni Pretza as a snack on our way back home from our road trip up north. No exaggeration to say that these were the best pretzels we’ve ever had in our lives. Perfect combination of a crispy exterior with a soft & fluffy interior, and buttery and salty as advertised. Will definitely make this a must-stop when we’re in town again!

Pretzels were great, but he over the Covid plexiglass and putting stuff in a tote to pass it to us. Seriously a grade school basic science class will tell you the employees and customers are still touching the tote meaning it’s far less sanitary because I doubt they clean it as much as if it was just a plain counter top.

So rude. I visited on May 6th, 2023. They were still dealing with plexiglass barriers. I almost shouted when I said hello. And the girls behind the counter just blankly stared at me. I had to tell them I was there for a pickup order. (That is to say, they never asked me if I needed help.) The only words they spoke to me were to recite my pick-up order. After sliding the plastic box with my food to me, they then disappeared. No, thank you, or have a good day. They just walked to the back of the store.

I definitely love this place! Original Pretzel & Nacho are champ! Such as friendly staffs and I am so happy that I stopped by! They always keep it warm and fresh! It’s highly recommended! It’s small place but good price! I will totally come back when I visit Traverse City!
