Pleasant service. Hot coffee. Hollandaise sauce was thick and tasted unusual. Poached eggs’ yolk cooked hard. Turkey sausage and pancakes made a perfect sandwich my father would have loved. My wife’s granddad loved this place. Prices have come up after the pandemic. Very filling meal, may not need lunch, too.

A solid mom & pop brunch and dinner venue that also serves all season delicious Hershey’s Ice Cream. The hard-working cooks can also custom make your meal if you’re vegetarian/vegan too. Also, the staff are friendly and their menu prices are quiet economical.

This is one of those places that you come across and you put a checkmark in your brain to visit again, and we have now at least 5 times since our first visit a few months ago. Nice and clean restraunt and friendly staff. Food prices are surprisingly affordable and the quality of the food is top notch. One of the few places I can get actually good tasty bacon unlike many that are turning to using the junk microwavable thin plastic looking junk bacon. I always like to leave some constructive criticism on my stellar reviews because no one or no business is perfect including myself so I would say their ice cream parlor although a great idea the ice cream tasted stale and like it’s been sitting in the deep freeze awhile. It prob has as I doubt right now their going thru it very fast. I’d shut that down when ice cream season is over as the ice cream wasn’t good. And the hours (due to lack of help) could be better but I understand they need to find someone to work to get back to normal better hours so I won’t fault them for that. If your looking for a clean cozy warm and welcoming place to eat any meal this should be on your list. No thrills but solid good quality food and service. Def will continue to be a repeat customer as long as this place continues to consistently impress!

I wanted to start off my stating that I have visited both the Lake Orion and Clarkston locations. I have tried both breakfast and lunch. My first visit I got a Greek Salad and was very disappointed. The ingredients weren’t fresh and they do not make homemade dressings. My lettuce was wilted and full of carrots and cabbage. My husband got coneys and he said that they were “just okay”.

Very good food with generous portions (I had eaten some of the fries when I decided to take the picture). They make their own coney sauce which I found to be tasty, honestly some of the best I have ever had. Friendly service and good prices too. The dining room was clean and cozy, the banter between the staff and between staff and the other customers was friendly and positive, a good sign in my opinion. I will be back next time I am in the area.

Pete’s Coney II has very good food at still a reasonable cost. We haven’t had any problems with the wait staff and they are always friendly and check to see how things are after serving your food along with keeping your coffee refilled. They seam to have the best prices for their meals in the area.

Great service!! Danielle was a great waitress! She is such a hard worker, running the whole front of house, scooping ice cream, taking orders, all of it. And the best part was her amazing kindness and smiling the whole time! She is a huge asset to your restaurant! Especially in times where service is not what it used to be.
