Peters’ Boys Texas BBQ may be a bit cozy, but it’s packed with flavors as big as the Lone Star State itself. The cook must’ve smuggled some Texan magic in his suitcase because it tastes like a Southern homecoming. The seasonings? A star-spangled rodeo for your taste buds. The sweet tea strikes the perfect balance, the okra is a delight, and the Moo and Oink? Pure joy. The staff? They’re as warm as a Texas summer. Hats off to them!

Food and service, where absolutely incredible! Finally a place that feels and tastes like down south! Honestly think that potbelly sandwich was the greatest thing I have ever eaten. Highly recommend checking this place out if you haven’t yet! And to top it all off, very reasonably priced! Will be back soon

Everyone knows I love BBQ! Had lunch there today and just loved what we had. From the sweet tea, to the hot links, to the brisket all amazing. Best part though was that the business owners were in prayer over a customer. I was blessed with a great meal and wonderful company!

Outstanding BBQ. We popped in late on. Friday and were greeted with a smile. We ordered brisket, ribs and the Bricker nachos. WOW!

I was here on Friday. The wait was long. They were super busy and had tons of to go orders. I ordered the 3 meat special. It came with brisket ribs and pulled pork with 2 corn breads mac n cheese and baked beans. All the meats were outstanding. I’ve been to Texas and tried there bbq at a few places. This is good if you miss Texas bbq. Everything was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. The corn bread was excellent and I’m not even a fan of corn bread. The sides were ok. Mac and cheese is good but plain. I’m not a fan of baked beans so I can’t comment on those. Overall great experience. I will be back for more.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this wonderful restaurant and these wonderful people. It’s hard to describe how flavorful and delicious their food quality is. You can tell after the first bite that this quality had taken some time and care to master. This is as authentic as it gets for BBQ. Great job!!

I was getting over being sick, but despite my taste buds being effected I could still taste some flavor! There wasn’t a single bit of dry meat either so I was really impressed. I don’t know if a double-fry for the fries would be beneficial, but that’s the only thing I could suggest to try out. Amanda was so personable and friendly and I had such a relaxed and wonderful time with my family. I cannot wait to visit again when I’m back in the area!

We have been looking for any places in the fox valley for brisket tacos with no luck but today we stopped in to Peter’s Boyz and Walking through the front door we were greeted instantly with kind smiles and great hospitality. There was so many options but it never became overwhelming. They were quite busy buy never once did we feel forgotten about, she even offered my son a snack while we waited for our lunch. Our food was delivered and it was better than either of us could’ve asked for. We were also given a sample of brisket that was just taken off the smoker (which was amazing) We even got bring home leftovers. Huge Thank you to everyone at Peter’s Boyz who made our first experience with them nothing short of amazing. You exceeded expectations.
