I ordered two pizzas through Uber. I’ve never had Peter Piper. I spent $40.00 including a tip for rock hard burnt pizza.

Was my first time coming here and it was for my school’s fundraiser. One of the biggest issues there is the fact that it seems like this business does not have AC. It was so hot there that I did not want stop sweating the entire time they’re. It was very miserable! I get you guys probably weren’t expecting as many people as you were so you weren’t prepared with all the extra necessary staff members. From the beginning it was terrible. Waited over 30 minutes in line to order food. Waited almost an hour-and-a-half to get said food. They have my pizza ready but didn’t have my mozzarella sticks ready for my order. Was told to come back in 2 minutes and I probably waited at least 10+ minutes. The pizza was okay. Wasn’t terrible but definitely wasn’t the greatest, nothing special at all. First I started off with the lemon lime Gatorade from the fountain soda and it was very watered down. Then before I left I decided to get the Tropicana lemonade. I didn’t take my first drink until right before I was getting into my car outside the business. Was in a couple minutes my stomach started hurting so bad, I thought maybe it was just from eating bad food. So I took the drink home put it in my fridge and tried to take a drink of it the next day but that caused me to have the worst stomach pain I have experience in a long time. I was sweating the stomach pain was so bad pretty sure there’s some sort of bacterial lingering in they’re fountain soda machine especially for the Tropicana lemonade. You guys need to clean that cuz you’re going to get someone seriously sick. My stomach still hurts today and it’s been 3 day now!!! Pretty sure I got some sort of food poisoning from your fountain soda. Definitely will never come back and I recommend everyone going over to Throwback Family Fun! Their prices are better, the pizza is much better since they actually went through fifteen different recipes to find the perfect Pizza combination and the environment is so much better there and on top of it they actually have an AC that keeps the business cooled down! On top of that quite a few of their arcade machines didn’t work, the employees don’t do anything about it except for go talk to the manager and say that the manager said they work. Very unprofessional place and I see why they have as many low star reviews.

We placed an online order with 1 day advance notice for a company function. The driver arrived on time for pick up and the food was not ready. She waited for 20 minutes before I called to speak with Audrey. Audrey made excuses about why the order was late and stated that the order had been sitting there for 10 minutes. When I asked why the driver wasn’t given the order she said it was a cashier issue. Then the order that was “ready” still took almost 5 minutes to be given to her. I am very disappointed in the service we received! I will be driving to Ahwatukee for my Peter Piper Pizza in the future. Obviously, customer service doesn’t matter in CG.

We went to Peter Piper Pizza this evening to celebrate our granddaughter’s birthday. We were a group of 17. The place was busy. The service was fair at best. We ordered 7 extra large pizzas, drinks and 2 large dessert pizzas. We spent over $200.00 plus what ever was soent in the game arcade by 9 kids. We experienced 3 separate very poor customer service incidents.

Corporate/Owner could do better supporting the wonderful staff and management. They could use some employees that can do all the work necessary so one employee isn’t struggling. They still manage to give us the best experience necessary and kept the pizzas coming despite the 30 people at the buffet

My kids enjoy going here, For the pizza and the fun. Generally clean, though the fun area could probably use a little facelift. Like I said, the young ones love going and I don’t mind taking them so it’s OK.

I waited 10 minutes in line just to be told they’re charging me extra 4 dollars which they didn’t tell me about when I ordered ahead they said if they take it off they will have to make me a new pizza but my 2 pizzas were all ready. So I walked out and left their pizzas there. They got no sale and lost a customer and got a bad review. Very poor service and communication

I have been craving a Peter Piper Pizza for 2 weeks but today, I was so very disappointed, very disappointed! The pizza sauce is what I love most about Peter Pipers pizzas. But the sauce was only at the crust area of the entire pizza and there were only Pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and ham Pieces that were so sparse. Sorry I wasted my gas and time travelling 25 miles to eat this pizza

The air conditioning was broken and I went to a childs birthday party. It was actually cooler outside and it was 117 degrees. It was like a sauna. Literally. It should not have even been open.

Pizza was too overdone burnt in areas and not even cut into slices. It was hard as a rock to cut into and eat. Usually we like eating here but it isn’t worth the price if it’s going to be this poor of quality.
