I ordered pizza online, when I went to pick it up the store didn’t have a record of my order. The staff was extremely professional and apologized for the mix up. They worked hard to me happy and had me out the door in 15 mins as promised by the manager and he didn’t charge me for my pizza. I gave them 5 stars for great customer service and the pizza was delicious.

This location has the potential to be the best. Their pizza is top notch and the night drivers are top notch but unfortunately they need to replace the store manager with someone that is qualified to be a manager and they need to hire day drivers that know how to follow English instructions. My friend ordered from them several times but on 2 occasions their day driver did not follow delivery instructions and never delivered both times. On the first occurrence the corporate manager gave a refund but on the second occurrence my friend spoke to the store manager (Joseph) and the store manager was condescending and kept interrupting my friend but the worst part is that the store manager fabricated a bedtime story and said that he had personally given numerous refunds which is a lie. The truth is my friend was given one refund and it was not given by the store manager. It was given by the corporate manager. And sure enough my friend’s bank statement proves he was given one refund only. So the last order my friend paid for a product he never received and the store manager refused to give a refund. Charging someone for a product they never received is theft so as long as they have the same store manager and day driver, they will never get my friend’s business again nor mine nor any of our friends. A special note to the lying thieving store manager Joseph – you can keep the money you stole from my friend because it pales in comparison to the hundreds of dollars of future business you lost from a customer that ordered every week.

My experience from this Perrotti’s has been less than pleasant. I ordered a cheese pizza from Uber Eats for my family to enjoy, but the pizza arrived burnt and looked unsafe to eat. The manager there does not care about the quality of the food his customers are eating because who would give the okay to blatantly send out burnt pizza. The fact that they know a vast majority of there food are going to people with families, yet have the audacity to not care about that speaks volumes as to what type of establishment they’re running. My family will never order from this location again.
