I recently ordered online a breakfast pizza to pick up Sunday afternoon. I will say I enjoyed that I could order it a few days a head of time so I didn’t have to worry. The pizza was ready early and was still got when I got to my parents house. Normally I love this Perri’s, but I don’t know that I will be going back after my last transaction here. I ordered 3 simple things, one white pizza with broccoli, one bacon sausage and pepperoni calzone, and breadsticks. There was no broccoli on the pizza, there was no bacon or pepperoni in the calzone and there was maybe 7-8 bites of the entire calzone that had sausage in it. It was 90% bread. I thought to myself “there’s no way this is the same order, something must have been wrong.” Sure enough, I look at the receipt and we were charged for every topping. I was so confused and miffed I couldn’t bring myself to call them back. At least the bread sticks were good.

Just ate one of the most chewy pizzas in the world and I even told them to make the pizza well done and I’ll I got was a slob or cheese for bubble gum of a pizza and this ain’t the first time they’ve done this. I ate half the pizza by having to heat it up in my oven again at 450 degrees for atleast another 15 minutes before finally getting the crunchiness I desired

Finally stopped into a Perri’s pizzeria last week. Ordered a simple pepperoni slice. It was huge! Crust was nice and thin and a bit crispy. Really nice texture and a good amount of cup pepperoni and the right amount of sauce and cheese. Girl at the counter was very pleasant. Will be getting more regular business from me.

Ordered pizza and wings. Went in to pick up and they forgot it was in the oven too long and burned it. Not a huge deal since they offered to make a new one and also give us the somewhat burnt one. Minor inconvenience but fine. We got the food home, new pizza was definitely undercooked. Also opened the wings and the gave us regular wings instead of the boneless we ordered. Overall complete failure from start to finish. Don’t have problems often here but it was near closing time and staff seemed not attentive.

One of my favorite pizza places in Rochester. The food is always great, they have reasonable prices, and very friendly people. Nothing special for dine-in experience, but it’s a pizza shop. My favorite is the Tuesday large pizza special and the by-the-slice options.

Went to Perri’s pizza and got 2 slices of pizza. One chicken wing, my husband’s favorite. I just get a regular pepperoni and cheese. The slices are hugh and delicious. Always satisfaction. Can’t beat the taste or the price. Highly recommend.

Let me start by i have never left a review and i dont plan on it after this one. So i ordered from the long pond store earlier this week (11/8) or 11/ 7 cant remember) i ordered a large Mexican Fiestada pizza even tipped them $8 for pickup, because i spent 14 yrs in kitchens myself. Then they think sending my wife home with a standard cheese pizza with some ground beef pieces in it will do. Only to open it, taste it and it was completely WRONG. I was so mad, my wife decided to look on their page to make sure i didnt do something wrong and then low and behold!!! They immediately put that specific item as “out of stock”. Hmmm, yet they proceeded to take my money anyways and make some terrible knock off version instead of call me back and be an honest company and tell me its 86’ed. ( item out ) na they took my hard earned money and basically took my tip with no regard. I will never spend my money with that specific location again. I will also make it my mission to tell everyone how bad my experience was.
