Stopped in for my usual hearty man combo. I wasn’t disappointed. The hostess was very friendly and make sure I had everything I wanted. She checked on me quite often as she did the other guest. My food arrived hot. Actually the only negative I had was that I ordered my eggs over medium and they came hard. But they were still eggs and they were still good! I followed this up with a peanut butter silk pie. Wow, it was over the top delicious.

I was in a party of 12 people having lunch at Perkins Restaurant, north location, in Bismarck, ND. We were seated immediately at this large table, and had a fantastic server, who was able to keep the “billing” straight, since some were couples and some were singles. He continued to be very pleasant when anyone asked for something extra. I, personally, thought the food was great and I heard no complaints from anyone else in the party. I don’t remember the name of our server, but he was great! Thank you, Perkins.

Vivian was our waitress and she was great! Service was great- she was friendly and attentive! The food was great! I did give 5/5 for atmosphere but that could have been lower- but the place was clean and that means a lot now days! It’s a chain restaurant with a first class server!

It was about 630 in the morning. Not many folks there. Maggie was really nice. The kiddo had the eggs and hash brown kids plate. The wife had the Boston cream pancake meal and I had the fried chicken and biscuits meal. All 3 plates were clean when we left. Great food, good service and a shout out to the kitchen crew.

Gosh, where does one start? I personally no longer like this restaurant but my husband was craving their pancakes. Our server was FAR from pleasant, practically threw our coffee cups at us, never brought us extra napkins when asked AND never asked us how everything was duringour meal. NOTHING about our experience was above & beyond.

I came in at about 9:30pm for a take out order to place. There was a gentleman behind the register at the time. Five minutes later I knew what I wanted but no waiter/waitress. Then two ladies came in and it’s a wait to be seated restaurant. Now when you enter this place there is a door chime that goes off in the back to announce someone leaving or coming. Another five minutes went by after the ladies came in not wait staff. Went looking couldn’t find them. I yelled back into the kitchen part where the cooks were and asked for some help out here. Then one of the wait staff showed up. By that time I was annoyed. I told them to seat the two ladies first then I placed my order. My order came out in a timely fashion but the lady never asked me what type of dressing for my salad. I told her and she went and got it. Then I left. Don’t know if the wait time is like this on nights when open 24 hours(Fri/Sat)only. But after traveling 12hours I just wanted my food and go to my hotel. Like I said I was annoyed by the time I left.

Waited 15 minutes to be seated after 3 different people said they’d “be right back” but never did. When they finally did seat us the waitress forgot how many people we said and brought us to a table that wouldn’t fit and told us to wait again while she figured it out. I understand some people are slow in the morning but c‘mon wake up servers we left and ate at the south location always good!

I’ve tried this place a few times. I’ll still go if I want breakfast. Interior is worn out and old. Staff is understaffed when busy, and they’re always slow and non-chalant. Customer service is not strong here. The food is fine, seems to come out in a timely manner. Pricing is fine. The place seems clean just old and worn, staff too.

When first walking in the building, there is a musty smell. Almost made me walk out, but my husband and I were hungry and the smell was not as strong when we were seated. The waitress was very pleasant. The food did take a long time, but was good. Not really sure buy almost seemed like my pancakes were soaked in some kind of liquid, was like maybe butter, not sure. We dod see thw vent in the ceiling leaking water, it was very warm and humid outside, that might explain the smell when we first walked in. Overall service was good.

ordered a pot roast melt through grubhub this is what i got, half a sandwich. ordered a pot roast dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy we got fries.And the pot roast looked foul and the food was cold… if i could give it a zero i would. Perkins it’s not hard to read grubhub order when it comes in. start looking and double checking the work!
