Hands down the best Perkins around, the customer service is top notch and the place is super clean. My family is always going here because the staff are super friendly and they really connect with their customers. The food is decent for the franchise but they always make sure you get what you ask for the way you ordered. Not to bad of a wait for your food but they give you your drinks right away when you sit down.

Was charged for a milkshake I never received even after asking for it I was told it wasn’t ordered. My “extra” hashbrowns couldn’t even be considered a single order. Never been so disappointed in this restaurant before. I essentially paid $32 plus tip (and it was takeout) for 2 omelets, a single hashbrown and a muffin. Will not be going back.

Absolutely horrible experience here. If you get a waitress named Stefanie ask for someone else or leave. The second we walked in the door our little girl was trying to make a conversation with her and she ignored her. As she seated us all I could hear was sighs and grunts like she was disgusted she had to work.. When she took our order I asked for 2 dressings for salad where she said “I suppose”. Which, one was missing when my salad arrived. My husbands order came and was incorrect so I addressed her and she started arguing with me then flat out said “there is nothing I can do” and walked away. The manager on site was very apologetic to us and we appreciated that however the waitress completely ruined our future trips there. We will NEVER return. In no way at all should you treat customers the way she did working in customer service.. Perkins needs to do something about her before you lose more customers.

The last couple times we have eaten at Perkins, it has been obvious that they are short of staff. Despite this, staff are working very hard to ensure a good experience. The food is good and times were appropriate given the lack of staff. Our server was visibly frustrated but did good not taking it out on us.

I purchased a steak for my father who before he passed was really craving steak…I expressed that my dad was in ICU and really craved a good steak and plus I tipped extra only to have my father not be able to eat it….the steak was horrible and went I to discuss the cost the tip and total disappointment of my dad’s steak…never heard back..Perkins sucks

We were in there at about 5:10 today. We walked in to buy a pie and we stood there and waited for service and we received none. Not even a hi or I’ll be right with you. Two couples walked in after we did and they were seated and taken care of. There was an individual in the back with black nail polish, kept using his fingers to brush his hair and turned to look at us and did not acknowledge us. Then there was a lady with a long pony tail blonde hair … also turned to look at us and did not acknowledge us. We’ve never purchased from Perkins in Rapids and never will. Not even sure if this review will make a difference. But whoever checks these, check cameras and you’ll see what I’m describing above….
