New owners, new items but the same good service. I wasn’t thrilled originally when the new owners took over. But after giving the team at Peppo’s another go I’m happy to say the pizza is still just as good. Better even, if you’re a glutton for toppings. My pizza came with toppings UNDER the cheese as well. Very nicely cooked and tasted great. Delivery was very fast as well and the pie came piping hot.

Edited: Was a bit disappointed in the pizza I received but the owner did an amazing job talking to me and making things right. It’s clear he really cares about his restaurants and I truly believe he will make sure this doesn’t happen again

You might want to have a knife or pizza cutter handy since they don’t really care to slice their pizza properly. The bottom of the pizza was really hard too so it was kind of tough to cut with a knife. Sauce was good. Pizza and crust is really thin. Super expensive compared to other pizza places around. Probably wont come here again.

We had pizza here 2 weeks ago. Then this weekend we had my young nieces over so we went back here again. Got Two pizzas, grinder and wings. Everything was very good. The cheeseburger specialty pizza was off the hook. This is our new go to pizza place.

Delicious pizza place! Friendly people. My pizzas were very good. Fresh and tasty! Also, I got two orders of chicken wings, and they were not really good. Chicken wings were small with small amounts of meat. Xtra spicy were not spicy. garlic parmezan tasted good.

Would give 0 stars if possible. New owners are very unprofessional and the food is not as good as it used to be. I purchased a pizza and when I went in to pay for it they took extra money from me and kept it and said they “have no change sorry” this is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to not have change available for paying customers. The pizza I received was also cold and had the wrong toppings on it. This also happened at 1 on a Saturday. If you don’t have change you should take the change off the bill not keep extra money from the customers, this is very unprofessional. Peppo must be very disappointed to see his name on a failing business.

Delicious Specialty pizza and hot chicken wings to go! On the pizza, choose the toppings you want… we chose 4 and loved all of them (pepperoni on one half, mushrooms, eggplant and broccoli on the other half). Mr. Peppo and his son Dario are amazing and so friendly! Highly recommend! Delizioso!

If I could give zero stars I would I ah e been eating pizza at this restaurant since I moved to agawam 4 years ago. The original owner sold the place and they are a piece of work. I ordered a 10 piece tender and they cut up the tenders into 10 pieces. Then when I called they are rude and disrespectful I will never eat here again and I don’t advise anyone else to .

Under new ownership…..I already miss the old place. Haven’t tried the pizza yet but tried the steak and cheese tonight. Now a 10′ (was a 12′) $13 vs $8. Was not worth it. Looking at the new menu – Party size cheese went from $23.50 to $35….yikes. (edited to add menu compare since owner replied – look elsewhere)

As other reviews have said, the quality has gone way down since the new ownership took over. They also are very rude and inconsiderate to customers in many ways including on the phone, in person, and in responses to reviews. I rarely write reviews but I felt the need to share my experience with others as I was very far from satisfied with their service. I have seen them lie to customers to try and make them selves look better. They have definitely lost my business which upsets me greatly as they used to be the best pizza in Agawam.
