The Sicilian pizza had no flavor what so ever. I’ve had better pizza from sams club. The pizza was made with no love or real ingredients. It was just slapped together like a dead beat father. The only good thing about this pizza was the crust. Other than that, don’t waste your time. You’d get a better pizza from subway.

Just ordered 2 meals from Peppers via Grubb Hub and upon looking at our order we had to ask ourselves “Where’s The Sauce?” For $15 for a simple Penne pasta meal, we received dried out, stuck together penne with what looks like 1 serving spoon size of sauce, for $15!!!! Now I know why they’re selling the sauce on the side. As for the Chicken Marsala, which used to be a fave at Peppers, we paid $22 for 3 pieces of dried out, hard to chew chicken and what, a shot glass maybe of the wrong kind of Marsala wine sauce, and in this case, where’s the pasta as the portion was literally a handful. Consider us 2 Very Disappointed and now “Former” customers, and believe it or not, despite my name being “Karen”, this is actually the first bad review I’ve ever given.

Our server was great! Unfortunately the food was not quite as good. The chicken romano was mostly breading & the alfredo sauce was runny. Had a bit of a stomach ache after which is unusual for me, as I’m not lactose intolerant. For the price I honestly feel the food should be better – and my partner felt the same (he had the chicken marsala). It’s decent Italian, and the environment is nice, if that’s what you’re looking for, but I probably wouldn’t go again.

Kitchen/server was able to handle dairy allergy without hassle at all. Rare for a restaurant that isn’t much more expensive than this one to be able to deal with that so easily. I’ll be happy to come back!

So glad to have found this place. I had a great dinner experience with my friend. We ordered a few apps, salad and dinner. Apps were very good-would have been great is calamari and cheese sticks were a little hotter, but the peppers were awesome. Chicken parm was awesome and loved the homemade poppyseed dressing on my salad. Definitely will be back!

This is Lakewood’s best kept secret! The food was served piping hot, fresh and it was delicious!!! Very generous portions and not expensive. Our server was excellent! We will return and tell all our friends and family.

I’ve been to Peppers several times and I like the place very much but this time it wasn’t up to my normal expectation of this restaurant . Chicken is one of the easiest meats to cook with so there should be no complaints about the preparation of marsala or picatta and mine could have been much better. Hopefully this was just a one off poor prep situation.

I loved this place….it was one of the few things in Cleveland I really craved…red sauce used to be literally perfect….and now,after ordering penne w meat balls and lasagna that were BOTH LITERALLY INEDIBLE,I’m forced to write this review which I NEVER do…. I mean it was absolutely disgusting…spit out the lasagna i saved for today after throwing away half the penne last night… oh,and the garlic breas??? Impossibly bad…i mean I took one bite and immediately tossed away the others………i cannot understand for the life of me,what could have made this taste so unappetizing amd how this plaace fell off so badly. Yet another dismal effort from cleveland proprietors post c-vid. I had better pasta sauce in prison. No lie. You guys need to get it together. Sincerely, former Peppers lover
