This was our first time ordering from this place and it will be our last. The first thing was that the girl taking the order over the phone was very unprofessional and had a little attitude. I had to repeat my address 3 times. An 1 hour and 45 minutes later, I called to see why the pizza hadn’t been delivered and then asked to speak to the manager because the guy I spoke to said the pizza wasn’t ready yet. The manager then tells me that the pizza had been delivered already. Then proceeds to tell me that it was delivered to the wrong address. (Never mind the fact that I repeated the addresses 3 times to the girl who took the order.) He says he’ll put another order in for me to give it 30 minutes. An hour later I called to say I wanted a refund because the pizza never arrived. So in total, I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes. At 7:00 pm, the front door neighbor saw me outside and asked me if we had ordered a pizza because she just got home and there was a pizza on the floor in front of her door. It was an extra large cheese pizza from Pepperoni’s, exactly what I had ordered. So, that means that aside from taking it to the wrong house, the delivery guy just dropped it off and put it on the floor where it sat there for a couple of hours until the neighbor arrived. The pizza ended up in the trashcan because aside from being left on the floor, it was burned. And now, I look at their reviews and the majority of them are very negative. I would never recommend this place to absolutely anyone. Too bad there are no options for 0 stars.

Received my pizza via Uber eats due to my job, I am not able to leave work. Completely UNACCEPTABLE service. The pizza was burned and looked old. They tried to blame it on Uber eats! Uber eats didn’t cook this pizza. All the offered was excuses instead of apologies.

Best Pizza in town, I highly recommend this restaurant, the pizza is extremely good, I really love it, want to try a good pizza don’t think twice this is the place for you and your family and to make it better they have tables and chairs so you can eat your pizza right on the spot, that’s why i called a restaurant, so feel free to give it a try.

Today I seen one of the most heinous things that needs immediately to be corrected by management. I saw a young lady with green hair running around the kitchen area, with an oven full of pizzas, a line of customers, every table dirty apologizing to everyone trying to wait on everyone. I waited patiently and saw two other workers finally come from the back still chewing food. It is 12:20….the height of lunch and they were coming from their lunch break. What kind of selfishness is this? I would be livid if I was this young lady but she kept her cool and was really trying to do everything at once. It’s 4/26

Love the food from this place but the staff here is unbelievably unprofessional, the dining area is filthy and when we asked if they could clean a table so we could have a place to sit they completely ignored us so we had to clean our own table, then when they brought our food to the table they dumped my nephews plate half on the table and half on the floor. I could understand some of this if they were busy but we were literally the only ones in there at the time
