This bar used to be filthy, a dive at its finest, and I was just blown away today. I hadn’t been here in 15 years, they have the pool tables and dart boards, there’s outdoor seating now, and the bar was spotless. My Heineken was only 4 bucks and the bar tender is a doll. Will def make return trips when I’m in from Chicago.

Had high hopes (we used to go a few times a year) and since our bar is closed on Sunday, we thought we would give it a try…the bartender was SO RUDE and dismissive, the bottled beer was floating, and we ordered bottled beers…she hadn’t iced them since she got there, then argued that they “weren’t THAT hot”. The owners hadn’t paid the cable bill, so there was NO Football…ON A SUNDAY…do not recommend…keep driving!

Picked this place cause I liked the name lol then found it was still pretty low key at 10pm then found that Tina makes the best damn fried bar food this side of the Mississippi. For real. My sister and I had wings, chicken tenders, tater tots, and the onion wings and was the bomb. So good I actually left a review.
