This was the 2nd time I’ve eaten at a Pepper Jax Grill and we definitely enjoyed the food! It was prepared in front of us, and to order, so we knew that it was fresh. I would say that it was a little pricey, but these days, that’s what you have to expect…but it was quick, good food and a clean, nice lobby!

The food is amazing and the staff are even better. Today I visited this location and had forgotten my debit card the lady working the window was so understanding as I fumbled around to move funds and my food was ready as soon as I paid, all in all I’d reccomend this location if you’re looking for a tasty Phillie

Horrible customer service experience on Sunday 4/23. I ordered food online. It was done quickly. However, I did not receive any chips for my nachos . I got home, called and they stated to come back to the store. No apology. I told them I would run through the drive thru and they said they would give me my chips. I waited for 10 minutes in line behind another vehicle. I finally got out of line and went back inside for my chips. Then the lady working just handed me the chips in a hurry. Once again, no apology. Now I’m eating cold food and the other person I was eating with had already finished. I’m pretty upset about the inconvenience. I also was kind enough to tip the workers. This experience was my first with Pepperjax and makes me want to avoid the place.

I stop by to grab a sandwich while I was in town it was the 1st time I’ve ever been here. The staff was friendly enough and they did have some begin options on the menu but the flavor was a bit lacking on the veggie philly sandwich… place was clean and I would go back to try another option.

I went through the drive thru and the staff were friendly. I got the chicken philly and fries. The sandwich was kind of blah even with vegetables and then fries were good, but too salty.

Staff greets you as you walk in. Cool you food fresh as you wait. Food was well worth the price.

Philly’s are good, kinda pricey for a meal if you want fries and a drink, about $18-$20. Staff is hit and miss which is expected these post COVID days. They got rid of the condiments on the counter so you have to ask for sauces which is inconvenient. Overall I’d say keep those prices in check so we can all enjoy the product more frequently.
