This Peperjax deserves an A+ with their customet service! I had a pretty horrible experience at the location in Sapp Brothers on 144th. Needless to say, they were more than willing to correct my order no problems asked along with exceptionally professional service and understanding of the situation. This is the 2nd time we had been to this location in the past several weeks. The 1st time was so-so. Took the food to go. We’re missing both fry orders. The 2nd time we “ate” in. The whole make line was disgusting. Crusty and all the foods were mixed in other foods. After getting our food we tried to use the men’s restroom which was flooded with no sign or anything on the door. Used the women’s instead and it stunk horribly. Then noticed the floor behind the counter and couldn’t believe that I allowed my family to eat at the restaurant. Every table in the restaurant had food of some sort on it and the staff members looked like they just climbed out of a dumpster. Truly disappointing.

Go in around lunchtime and expect to wait a few. They are fast and the food looks delicious. Very generous portion sizes. It’s worth the 10 to 15 min wait to order!! Staff was friendly and working hard!

This place is going downhill. It was so dirty you could fill the stickiness on the chairs and floor while you walked. The guys bathroom had urine all over the floor.

I really enjoy a cheesesteak sandwich every now and then. I love that I can choose what and how much veggies to include on my sandwich. I also appreciate that I am able to purchase the junior sandwich as the regular size is just too much for me , so I am not wasteful. I miss the oreo cookies and the new cookies are inedible, plus this Pepperjax staff did not offer to include them with my meal to allow me to give my opinion. Clean restaurant and quick service. Pepperjax as a whole has gotten rid of their delicious spicy sauce so I don’t eat their as often as I used to. Center Street Pepperjax has the best service, friendliest, most competent staff and is actually my preferred Pepperjax location.

I used to love going to Pepperjax but since they started online orders, it feels like you have to wait forever to even place an order because they keep filling online orders. Even when they did take my order, barely anyone talked to me except to ask the bare minimum for my order. I got all the way down the register before I was finally able to tell anyone that I wanted fries, which then I had to wait even longer for, when they could’ve dropped them in the fryer earlier if someone had asked. Other than the cashier, I doubt anyone said more than 3 sentences to me.

Food was good but restaurant was filthy. Dirty tables,floors and booths. Bathroom was filthy also. On way back from restroom noticed how dirty the kitchen was. Regretted our decision to eat there. Will not be back to this location.

This place is the worst pepperjax ever. They can’t flow simple instructions on an order ticket of no jalapeños and no beans. The time before this sauce on the side was to complicated. My order showed up drowning in sauce. Called the manager he couldn’t care less. Clearly no one cares. Go somewhere else. This stores a joke.
